Turns out, Hubs going out of town is good for my reading challenge, although it's rather lonely. :-)

I think I'm going to slow it down by going Sci-Fi-ish soon. Some of the recent series' books I had put together in omnibus form, so it was easier to blow through them. Library made it simple to run through calibre.

I've got some "upcomers" in mind - a few King books I haven't read yet, Ready Player One, Replay, Some Hugh Howey, Got quite a few to choose from. Even thrillers and suspense. We'll see what strikes me when I get there.

So far I'm really digging that I can read like this again. I know the speed will come to an end soon, since I still have some shows that are on "winter hiatus" (Castle/Gotham), and as soon as they come back, my podcasting schedule will be INSANE. Hopefully this buffer will carry me through until summer when I can pick back up to a nice pace again.

I've been giving updates on my podcast "The Fandom Zone", in case you're interested, and if you like shows like Arrow, The Flash, The Walking Dead, etc. I talk about my goodreads progress at the end of the 'cast and it's nice to have support from my co-host.
