This blizzard is blazing hot...

Trevor MacMillian is the tart and incredibly sexy executive chef who’s made pastry chef Elaine Masterson’s life a living hell. But when she catches him in nothing but a tiny little towel, it’s almost enough to make her forget they’re stranded in a luxurious mountain cabin together...or that she hates him almost as much as she craves him like

If i had to characterize this book with only one world that would have been an easy task. Tasteless would be the world and i wouldn't feel obligated to write anything else. But is ever anything that simple? Hardly.

So, now i will proceed with the rest of my review. Sometimes you know where the book is heading while on the 10th page and it wouldn't be hyperbolic to say that i was already grunting my discomfort by then. Even though the start was really exciting, the moment Trevor made his appearanc

3 - "There is a thin line between love and hate." Stars.

Snowbound Seduction was a quick, easy read. Nothing new or particularly different in the 'frenemies' to lover trope, but Trevor and Elaine were easy to get along with, and the novella was only an hour or so of reading.

"We work together."

And they have basically done nothing but argue since the opening of the restaurant they work in. At his wits end with the atmosphere their arguing is causing, their partner packs them both off to a snowy cab

Whilst Snowbound Seduction has a storyline that's been done time and time again, it is one I do like: enemies trapped in a cabin together during a snowstorm. Melissa Schroeder is an established author, although unfamiliar to me, so I went into it with few expectations other than discovering a sound story with likeable characters.

"It always gets worse before it gets better."

I actually quite liked Lainey and Trev up to a point, there is tension between them and build up. But the au

Snowbound Seduction by Melissa Schroeder is a sweet novella. While it may not take some long to read, it is packed with an engaging plot, great characters and a bit of humor. If you've ever wanted to take two friends with amazing chemistry between them, and throw them into a room, lock the door and toss the key... this book is for you.

I personally had a fun time reading Snowbound Seduction. It is a great read when you want something light-hearted but will still deliver the intensity of a full le

Snowbound Seduction was a fun and entertaining afternoons read.

I enjoyed the sexual tension & banter between Trevor and Elaine, they made me laugh with the antics and it warmed my heart seeing them open up and share their feelings and fears.

If you're in the mood for a short & sexy read, I recommend you read Snowbound Seduction.

When two strong personalities collide, let the fun begin!

Trevor MacMillian and Elaine Masterson were co-owners. They worked together in their restaurant’s kitchen. They are two parts of a three-part business partnership but they can’t seem to find any common ground at work. Don’t even think about getting along outside of it. When their friend and partner had enough, the two find themselves enjoying a work-free weekend… alone… together. Oh boy, watch out!

This was a fun, quick trip through a snow-

I really love the enemies to lovers troupe and Melissa Schroeder dishes up a hot story when two chefs and business partners are set up by their other partner in an attempt to get them to figure out their differences once and for all. Snarky and sexy this novella was very entertaining.

Have some time to kill and want a sweet, romantic tale of food and seduction?

I saw Snowbound Seduction up for grabs in Net Galley and needless to say the cover, description and of course, Entangled Publishing caught my interest.

This is a short, romantic, delicious and steamy novella - an ideal read when you want something quick, tasty and steamy, all in one package!

So, Trevor and Elaine have been indulging in some oral foreplay - not that kind ;) I mean arguments in the kitchen - what do you
This story is short, sweet and right to the point. Sometimes that's a hit or miss for me but I love how Schroeder didn't make me feel like I was cheated on the story.

Trevor and Elaine are partners in a restaurant with another friend but since they met they have been arguing and getting on each other's nerves. When their other partner Mick sets them up to get away little do Trevor and Elaine know that's it's together. Mick hopes they will finally get everything out or end up together.

I love how

4.0 Star review of Snowbound Seductions by Melissa Schroeder

The attraction Trevor MacMillan and Elaine Masterson have for each other, hovers between love and hate. What neither of them counts on is that their business partner Mick has had enough of their constant bickering and fights.

With this is mind Mick tricks each of them into a getaway to a cabin in Canada and of course both arrive without the knowledge that the other will also be there.

Trevor and Elaine (Lainey as Trevor prefers to call her) have been snipping at each for months, six long months. But one night Trevor, in Elaine's opinion, goes too far, figuratively using her last nerve as a jump rope. *Yeah, you've got that as a visual in your head now, don't you? LOL*

With tensions running high at the restaurant,  Mick, the third partner in their business, decides to send Lainey on a much needed getaway to his cabin. The catch? Oh yeah, you saw it coming...she is

The book synopsis pretty much sums up this short, entertaining, predictable bickering chefs to lovers romantic tale. Elaine heads off to the mountains from Atlanta to stay at Mick’s, her best friend and business partner, luxurious remote cabin. She’s in desperate need of a time out from Trevor, her other business partner/fellow chef, and their escalating heated kitchen confrontations. Unfortunately for her, Mick sent Trevor there to do the same hoping these two culinary knuckleheads will finally ...more

Elaine Masterson is a pastry chef and co-owner of a trendy restaurant in Atlanta, and while she enjoys her work, she isn't real fond of who she works beside. Sharing a kitchen with Trevor MacMillianis completely frustrating, not only because he is constantly doing things to agitate her, but also because he is devastatingly handsome and oh so tempting. But she has no intention of acting on her attraction, she doesn't do relationships and the mere idea of being involved with Trevor is unnerving... ...more

I love romances that have a foodie theme, and Snowbound Seduction by Melissa Schroeder has that and so much more. This novella is about executive chef Trevor MacMillian, pastry chef Elaine Masterson, and their mutual friend Mick, who co-own a thriving restaurant in the bustling city of Atlanta. Unfortunately, Trev and Lainey don't get along most of the time, which has become problematic. So without their knowledge, Mick arranges for them to get away for a weekend together. Snowbound Seduction was a quick, short read. I enjoyed the concept of partners trying to avoid a deeper relationship and the tension that ensues from that. Trev is crazy about Lainey and as a defense he does everything to irritate her. He's determined to keep his distance to preserve the business relationship.

Elaine is very structured and controlled. She avoids relationships with men even when she's attracted to them. She tries to avoid that emotional connection with everything she has. So when

A short and sexy little thing.

Trevor and Elaine work together, but can’t stand the sight of the other. Because they work as chefs at their new restaurant (with another friend as well), this tension is getting everybody upset. So, to try to fix things, their friend sets them up for a few days at his cabin… without the other knowing.

There is a lot of tension between these two, and as the story advances we learn a great deal about why they are the way they are, particularly with Elaine.

It is a fun and lighthearted short novel. Trevor and Eliane are both chefs at a restaurant, they are also business partners along with their friend Mick. Who is sick and tired of their constant fights. So he thinks it's time for an intervention. He just wants them to sort out their personal issues with each other and get along in the kitchen. Sometimes they do act like children but mostly they are just trying to deny mutual attraction. When they are alone in the snow storm a lot of things falls ...more

Snowbound Seduction by Melissa Schroeder was a very short but sweet novella. As another reviewer remarked, there wasn't much seduction going on, but regardless of the title, it was a good story. I like it when you get the H/h with the same job who come at it with different perspectives. Trevor and Elaine were pretty well written even though it was really short. I would have liked the story to be longer such that there were more scenes between them. I'd like to read more about Mick too.

I enjoyed this short novella! Trev and Lainey are both chefs, executive and pastry, respectively. They own a restaurant together in Atlanta, along with their friend Mick. They are constantly sniping at each other and fighting like crazy, so their other partner send then to a cabin in Canada to work out their issues. Of course, their main issue is that they want each other and don't know what to do about it! They get stuck at the cabin due to a blizzard and one thing leads to another...

Melissa Schroeder teases and tempts readers with the delicious sexual tension of Snowbound Seduction.

The animosity flying in the kitchen between Trevor and Elaine has nothing on what the two truly feel for each other and are afraid to show it. When the two stubborn chefs get tricked into a weekend alone it put up or shut up time for them both.

A quick, read that's sweet and tempting. I loved the witty, back and forth banter between Elaine and Trevor. Their tension turned passion is as d

This one is fun, light, and sexy. Perfect read for a lazy afternoon.

Any one who knows them would swear that Trevor MacMillian and Elaine Masterson hated each other. There is such a fine line between hate and lust though and these two have been hiding behind that line. That doesn't help their partnership in a restaurant, so when the third partner tricks them into an overnight stay in a secluded cabin he knows that one will come out victorious or they'll both come out finally admitting what they'v

I thought this was a cute, sexy quick read. how can you not fall in love with Trevor and Lainey.

it's a novella, so you have to go into this knowing it's going to be short and sweet. and it was just that, literally. with all the talk of food, how could it not be?

I would've really loved more Lainey and Trevor. the happily ever after, the work environment. all of it. I want it.

this author was new to me, but I like the way she writes. she had me from chapter one.

This book is a quick hot read that is a little bit fun and a whole lot of hot. Trevor and Elaine are partners with Mick in owning a resturarnt. Lately the tension between Trevor and Elaine has been blasting off the charts. Mick is fed up and tricks them into being stuck at a cabin in Canada. When the truth comes out behind the tension...will these two make it or will their pasts, jealousy, and insecurities ruin what they have and make their partnership be in trouble?
I received this from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This was a cute read. I enjoyed the journey that the author took us on even in this very short time. We have two chefs that are literally at each other's throats and their business partner tricks them into being stuck together in a cabin. He wanted them to overcome their differences so that their business would succeed. It was a good story and I enjoyed it a great deal. ...more
