message 3: by ♥ Sam ♥ (new)

♥ Sam ♥ It suxs that none of these books have images yet! I hate the suspense.

message 4: by Felicity (new)

Felicity Well at least we have a website. You need to learn how to appreciate life

Erica (storybookend) Bitterblue! Oh my gosh! And the Iron Queen, and a World Without Heroes by Brandon Mull!

message 6: by Alienne (new)

αςΗΓεϒ♥♪ These look good!

message 9: by ♥ Sam ♥ (new)

♥ Sam ♥ thanks everyone for voting on my list!! Makes for interesting viewing and gives you a heads up on great books that are to be released!!!

message 10: by Kenny (new)

Kenny McGinnis It's frustrating that almost every book in this list can be thrown onto the YA-paranormal-romance bookshelf... Is nobody else sick of vampires and warewolves?

message 11: by Cara (last edited Jul 22, 2010 08:34PM) (new)

Cara I kind of wish there were some more independent books in this list (ie not part of a series that goes on forever and ever and ever). Don't get me wrong, I love series if they are good and involve some sort of crime or mystery. However, sometimes a stand alone book is what you need, even if it breaks your heart to finish it because you know it's over forever and ever and ever :).

message 12: by Mel (new)

Mel Crave will be out in October 2010.

message 13: by Cori Lee (new)

Cori Lee sigh.... i wish the writers wouldn't make us wait so long i love them to bits but the wait kills me!!!

message 14: by Laura (new)

Laura I agree with you, Kenny, this list IS full of YA paranormal - & especially - vampire books!! I was looking forward to voting for some books I am looking forward to getting, that will not be released until next year, & I'd also hoped to find out about others, from the list.No luck there. Anyway, for those who like historical fiction- "The Reluctant Queen" by Freda Lightfoot will be out Jan. 2011 & "The Irish Princess" by Karen Harper & "Pale Rose of England" by Sandra Worth, will be out in Feb.2011. Does anyone know of any others?

message 15: by Talya (new)

Talya OMG SO MANY BOOKS SO LITTLE TIME!!!!
THERE ARE SO MANY BOOKS I WANNA READ SOOOOOO BAD!!!!

message 16: by ♥ Sam ♥ (new)

♥ Sam ♥ Please feel free to add books that ARE NOT vampire related or romance related in any way to this list. I agree that alot on here are just those books though. Fortunately I love those kinds of books but a change is always good!!

message 17: by Gayle Baar (new)

Gayle Baar Is everyone reading nothing but vampire books? Where's the realistic fiction, where's the historical fiction, where are the mysteries?

Susanna - Censored by GoodReads You could vote for them. I'm voting for a historical mystery.

message 19: by A.Roma (new)

A.Roma I REALLY CANT WAIT TO READ 'MORGANVILE VAMPIRES'(GHOST TOWN) BOOK 9!!!!

Cant wait for that book.... OOOHHHH, I wonder what will happen next???? Do you thnk Clary and Jace will stay together till the end guys???? I hope they do, they deserve to be together....xoxoxox

message 28: by Immortal (new)

Immortal Fiction 2011 is going to be a great year for Paranormal Romance and YA fiction! I hope there's a great one coming out Every Week! Its a necessity for true "consumers" who devour our books in 1-3 days each! Even reading 2-3 times doesn't help them last all year unless we have "regularly scheduled programming"! LOL

message 29: by Pamela (new)

Pamela Becca Fitzpatrick said that Hush Hush book #3 isn't called Tempest anymore.

Adrianna [SypherLily] The Soul (The Host #2) doesn't come out until 2012, so it shouldn't be on this list.
And honestly I liked how the first book ended and think she shouldn't even be messing with sequels. Ugh.

Adrianna [SypherLily] I actually adore the sequels to The Innocent Mage by Karen Miller. And when I was younger I loved the Princess Diaries, so good sequels do exist but are rare I guess XD and Stephenie Meyer's plot lines aren't exactly complex so having a sequel is rather pointless.

message 32: by Julie (new)

Julie Zieglgansberger How do you add a book... I am looking forward to the new Robert McCammon book called The Five..
Also waiting for a new Matthew Corbett book by the same author... but not sure when that is coming...

Adrianna [SypherLily] Julie wrote: "How do you add a book... I am looking forward to the new Robert McCammon book called The Five..

At the top near the tab "All Votes" there is a tab called "Add Books To This List"

message 34: by Julie (new)

Julie Zieglgansberger i saw that.. but it looked to me like I had to add somthing that was already in my list... lol.. Im not great at all this techy stuff... takes me forever to figure out how to do stuff...

Adrianna [SypherLily] It will say "Add books from: my shelf or search" click search and then type in what you want :)

message 37: by Hweeps (new)

Hweeps I have NO IDEA why Awakened from HoN is like way above Bloodlines (VA). Ugh.

message 39: by ♥ Sam ♥ (new)

♥ Sam ♥ Its great when you first find this website! I remember when I stumbled across it I was overwhelmed. I created this list so It makes me happy when I see how popular it became. I hope it helped you out!

Looking forward to 3rd installment of Fallen-Passion & 2nd installment of Paranormalcy by Kiersten White called Supernaturally. I love all supernatural not just vamp novels but 2011 is the year!!!

message 42: by Lirajean (new)

message 44: by Briana (new)

Briana Gross Dragon's Oath (House of Night Stories) by P.C. and Kristin Cast comes out July 12, 2011.

message 45: by Danielle (new)

Danielle Scorpia Rising (Alex Rider series)by Anthony Horowitz!!!!

Throne Of Fire (Kane Chronicles) by Rick Riodan

Samantha Marie I thought Kelly Creagh's second book in Nevermore wasn't coming out until 2012? :/

message 47: by Tria (new)

Tria Oh, I am so *tired* of "paranormal romance" as a genre...!

Personally, I'm looking forward to quite a few this year, but especially Seanan McGuire's One Salt Sea, Terry Pratchett's Snuff (we heard the first 50 pages of this new Watch book at DWCon '10 and HELL YES DO WANT PLEASE!) and hoping for The Republic of Thieves, if Scott Lynch is well enough to complete it (and good luck to the guy, he's having a hard time).

message 48: by Amanda (new)

Amanda Kenny wrote: "It's frustrating that almost every book in this list can be thrown onto the YA-paranormal-romance bookshelf... Is nobody else sick of vampires and warewolves?"

i know, it's sickening

message 49: by Andrea (new)

Andrea P.C Cast's DESTINED is out in November. I'm not sure if your interested in vampires trying to save the world from a hag from hell the wants nothing but power, but I want to read it. :) I recommend it cause it is interesting and fun. (The series by the way is called: HOUSE OF NIGHT)
