October of 2021 is well within the time frame, so you should be able, but these lists don't get much assistance unless we make noise. I recommend you go to the librarian's thread and report this, and be sure to include the ISBN number. Sadly, we volunteer librarians don't have the capability, so you need a GR employee to fix this.

If they were written in another language in a different decade, it doesn't count. You can post some examples, and I will double check for you.

Under the genre, it should say something like this:

I have also encountered books published in 2023 and 2024 that it says were not published during this decade and therefore cannot be added. Books originally published in English.
