Wow! What a goal! How long does it usually take you to read a book? A matter of a couple of hours? It usually takes me 3-4 days on average.

Judy Collins As a former publisher, and editor, I have learned to speed read :) Depends on the book. This weekend I read four books. (all ARCs)

Often I take much more time with books I really enjoy, bookmarking pages, while enjoying the style of writing. I also listen to audiobooks daily, while working (I design & manage websites, marketing) for hotels. This way I can multi-task. Really depends on my schedule or travel.

My problem is I need to stop and write my review, immediately following reading the book. Instead I tend to read 5 -10 books, then spend a few days writing reviews. I like writing late at night and wee hours of the morning. I do not watch TV.

Have an extensive editorial calendar with ARCs, book launch dates, blog tours, and only read books I really like. (Time management type A personality). Currently behind writing reviews. Most of the time, I wait until closer to pub date to post.

My goal is read 400-500 books a year. Hopefully I will make it this year..

Judy Collins Angela, Thanks, I just need more time in a day:) Don't we all? Fortunate to be able to work from home, so do not have the 3 hr. daily commute I had in years past. I love reading :) A luxury.
