And this is done by a list maintainer who is also a librarian.
And this is done by hand. And any individual can only vote for at most 100 books - so that means some books graduate late.
The easiest way to help with these lists is to vote for as many of the books as you can - especially ones with only one vote. Some people are not comfortable doing that, since it may imply that you've read and liked all the books you voted for.
