hahah well, let's take it slow, shall we? i also had that nice fat month off of work this summer. if i get to have another major surgery this year with ample recovery time, maybe i will be able to rock 300.
ha! i would whisper in the surgeon's ear just before - "she also wants her hands removed. no, seriously. do it."
wow. both hands! that's pretty twisted, even for you! if anything, tell the surgeon to take my feet. then i won't have to turn the pages of my books with my toes.gah, ok that's enough talk about amputation. i'm going to have nightmares.
yeah, i usually read three or four a week, plus i have an unhealthy addiction to monsterporn and a healthy addiction to the free tor shorts, and little novelty humor so that brings up the number to like 5-6. i like reading!
There is obvious question comes in my mind after seeing you 2015 challenge...where do you work Karen? :D
so, another obvious question come in my mind...would you double or triple your challenge if you get to read at work? :D
See? I was going to put 120, but I thought That a lofty goal considering I have yet to read anything since the last thing I read. I how ever have absolutely no doubt that you can reach this goal
karen wrote: "i wish there was an option to set your reading goal to "all of them.""Yes, that would be the best goal.
someone would need to take over my rent for a year and bring food to me. and probably physically feed me so i wouldn't have to look away from the page.
i guess that's more hands to help feed me!!i thought you meant that you were going to also try to live my dream of sloth and reading-focus and were trying to pawn your kids off on me to raise while you lolled. but if you are coming here to feed me, i suppose i can overcome my fear of children. that's only fair!
Ah! No I don't pawn them off. They are mine and mine to deal with, but they follow instructions and put away laundry so...they could be useful.
it is not important how many books you will read what is important is that you learn how to think and make good life for your self.I wish best things for you.
Ok. I think I've finished reading all your 2014 reviews...maybe. At least the ones that are there at this time.I think.
I wasn't overly thorough, though, so I might have missed some.
At any rate, I'm starting on your 2015 books now! Maybe I will be caught up on reviews and AIFaFs by summer!
karen wrote: "hhahaha i will try to stop reading!"I'm pretty sure someone would hunt you down, tie you up, and force you to read if you tried to stop.
People depend on you and your books.
Like...there's a moratorium on books? They've ceased to exist?
Or you just feel you've held up enough of us long enough and now it is time for someone else to do the work?
Yeah, that won't fly.
You're going to get kidnapped.
