If you're a Goodreads Librarian you can take books off. You click 'edit' under the title, and then 'remove particular books.'

The first thing I saw when I was on this list was a book cover that said "Who Will Be Tempted...", and in my head I was like "I Am". Then I clicked on the picture to see what it was about.
