KF-in-Georgia | 117 comments I FINISHED!

I'm a firm believer in multiple prompts from a single book. It doesn't mean I'll read any fewer books. It means I'll have more time to read non-prompt books. And I've got three other challenges (BookCrossing Decades Challenge [DONE! 12/12], Ravelry 52 in 52 Weeks [53/52], and GoodReads How Many Books...? [53/52]) besides POPSUGAR, so... Currently, Destroyer (Foreigner, #7) by C.J. Cherryh to help supplement my 52 books this year.

Six days (17-22 January) with no reading. Appendicitis, instead.

2019 Popsugar Reading Challenge 40/40,10/10

Prosecution and Declination Decisions. C. Russian Government Outreach and Contacts. 2. Potential Coordination: Foreign Agent Statutes (FARA and 18 U.S.C. §951). 2.a. Governing Law" doesn't qualify as an "unusual chapter heading," I don't know what does. Heaven knows, I haven't run into a chapter heading like that in anything else I've read lately.

[√] 50. A book set in an abbey, cloister, monastery, vicarage, or convent: Great Day for the Deadly A portion of the story takes place at the Motherhouse of the Sisters of Divine Grace, a small convent in Maryville, New York.

I've already decided I won't be doing PopSugar next year. I want to read (or reread) several book series (mysteries and sci-fi). This year, I got a few books from a couple of series to fit challenge prompts, but so many prompts are based on the author, and how many different prompts is one author going to fill? I've already started reading one of my favorite series: Foreigner (Foreigner, #1) by C.J. Cherryh . Number 20 in this series is due out early in 2020, so that gives me a bit more than two months to get the first 19 out of the way. (I saved Cherryh's latest book ( Alliance Rising by C.J. Cherryh --not in this series--for my last PopSugar read this year. I loved it, and I'll be rereading it soon.
