What about Law Enforcement and / or Miliary - there're are so many possibilities to learn more about the great people who help to make our lifes safer. I could imagine either to look closer at the different branches in the US or international.

If you want to add the books yourself it's best to start at the authors GR page (if already in the GR library) since there are sometimes several authors with the same name. You only need to remember you won't be able to make any changes if you save before entered all data as long as you are not a librarian - I made that mistake at the beginning as well.
I've noticed there was no cover for your first book - I fixed it. If you have any books without covers you can request to add them in the librarians group as well.

- A “set” is more than one card of the SAME number. For example in phase 1 you could do 1 “set” of #2, which would mean you could read 3 books that are #1 in a series. Then you could do a “set” of #3 and read a book that is red, pink, and one that is orange.
- A “run” is numbers in a row. For example in phase 2 you have to do one set of three AND 1 run of 4(any four numbers in a row). Your run could be numbers 9,10,11,12, and read a book with an authors’s first name between N-Z, a book that is at least #5 in a series,a book with an author’s name between A-M, and a location that starts with N-Z.
-unlike the original game, you can make your run go from 12 back to 1. for example a run of 4 could go 11,12,1,2.
Each “phase” you have a chance for a wildcard. Roll one Dice if you roll a 4, 5, or 6 you get ONE wild card to use in that phase.You only get to roll for a wildcard ONCE at the beginning of each phase.If you roll a 4,5,or 6 you can use your wildcard for ANY book in that phase. This will work on an honesty system so please play fair. =)
-Once you successfully complete a phase, you go on to the next one, until you have completed all 10 phases.

1. You do not have to pick your numbers before your books. You can just fill in your phase as a book fits if you are not a planner.
2. When completing a "run" you do not have to read the books in order.
3.It is fine to plan your books ahead but please remember you can only work on one phase at a time, starting with phase 1 and working your way down to phase 10
4.Wildcards can not be transfered from phase to phase.
5. All books must be at least 150pages ( except for number 7 of course, where you need to read a book that is 400+ pages)
I loved the marathon challenges and look forward to the triathlon now! I'm going to try read 80 books and at least 18,000 pages this quarter. I'm aware it's quite an ambitious goal but let's see if I can do it :-)9/13: I reached my original target of 18,000 pages - now I decided to upgrade this to 21,000 - let's see if I can do it.
9/30: It was a really good reading triathlon - I was even able to reach the goal of 23,000 pages I didn't dare to hope for :-)
