Thank you so much for this list. I have recently joined Goodreads to just ask one question. I'm posting it here cause it may be related to this list. There is this book excerpt that I read (most probably in Goodreads) where the Hero tells the h to come to him every night and he will fix a link to a chain or something like that. (I don't think there was kink involved, cause he says that chain is to protect the h from him). Does any one know which book this is? PLease, please let me know if you do. I read the excerpt, and I can't find it anywhere anymore and it is driving me crazy!!!

I would like to read a book where the hero is going to keep being jealous and possessive all through the book and not stop being this way at some point. From reading some of these comments it seems like some of these books don't belong in this list. I would like to read a book that has these elements:alpha-male, controlling, dominant, erotic-romance, erotica, jealous, possessive, and scary. Like Twist Me by Anna Zaries and Taking the Fall by Alexa Riley.

Hey Mona :) Have you tried The Estate series by M.S. Willis or the Courtesan Series by Lily White? All of those books are pretty dark but they're also not traditional romance but I think you might enjoy them.

IM LOOKING FOR THIS BOOK! I CANT REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE BOOK! the hero sees the heroine at an event and becomes infatuated. Her Half-sister is blackmailing her to want she wants by holding the heroines deceased mothers belongings hostage.She moved to new York after her mothers death to get to know her father and his family is less then welcoming. somewhere in the book the hero and heroine go to a charity auction and the hero buys an engagement ring and outs it on the heroines finger in front of everyone.

Hi everyone! I likethe books that are on this list and I hope you'll help me out. I read a book similar to Jordan Silver's books and I want to read it again but I can' find in my stacks and it' s bugging me. It was about heroine who was framed forvstealing from thw hero's family and was driven away. But after a while the hero starys to suspect that things are not as they seem and he takes her back. It turned out that she was framed by the hero's sister in law. It was about a missing family heirlom jewlery. Please help out!!!!!

Are you still looking for this? This sounds like the story in Wattpad, Loving Blackmail by Kylekay. I never finished the book so not sure if about the engagement ring but the first part fits.

Like Sebastian from Adriana Noir's Skals Series (unfortunately just the first three books) or Jude from the Jaden Wilkes Serial Series (Btw where is Book 4? Maybe try Addison Cain's Born to be Bound series? The H stays an asshole pretty much throughout the 3 books.
