It looked like no one had done maintenance on this list in quite a while, so I deleted 15 books that had over 500 ratings. (One of them somehow had over 3000!) I also added all the books I deleted to the list where they really belong.

Is there a list for books with under 100 ratings?

Note that in adding books to this list, I've deliberately excluded sequels, nonfiction, collected editions and editions of books which I know originally won awards etc. Where books are available in many editions (common with older works), or short works are frequently compiled into longer books, it's common to find that some editions/compilations have comparatively few ratings. Michael Moorcock's works are a case in point - I read many of them in the collected editions with Yoshitaka Amano paintings on a white background on the cover, and those editions have only a few ratings whereas the individual stories/novellas can have more.
