Have you found a good way to keep track of these for book talking to students? I feel like I forget the stories if I don’t book talk right away!

I am like that too! I will review my reviews right before a class comes to refresh my memory. I also show book trailers to the kids. That helps a lot!

Book trailers???

Yes! Go to YouTube and type in the book title and see if there are any book trailers. Watch them first because some may be too advanced to young ones.

My students love book trailers. I make Google Slide presentations on different themes/units with the trailers so I can book talk the same books to a certain grade level over a couple weeks.

It helps keep me on track and the presentations are easy to update the next year to use for the new kids coming to that grade. Saves me a lot of time. The students get so excited for book trailers. I am hoping to have them make some this year.
