Krystal (krystallee6363) | 2304 comments Finished my 25th: Women Who Run With the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype by Clarissa Pinkola Estés

This was my book I knew would be Uncomfortable to read. It's all about embracing your feminine energy and being wild, and I knew there'd be something about sexuality that would have me blushing like a teenager. And yes, there were some uncomfortable parts but in the end it was an overwhelmingly empowering book.

5 stars.

Amanda (docmandy) | 178 comments Well, I haven’t posted for a while as life seems to have got out of hand as it usually does at this time of year! I am ashamed to say that I have only managed 20 1/2 books on this list, but in my defence I have been reading other things & I have exceeded my overall target of 60 for the year! Now to look at next year’s challenges! A great big thank you to Brenda for organizing & moderating the challenges. I wish all Goodreaders a very merry Christmas 🎄🎁 & a happy New Year!

Jacm | 267 comments Finished my 21st book for this challenge L: From a friends TBR list A Voice in the Wind by Francine Rivers. Even as a Christian, I usually find Christian fiction a bit on the cheese side but I actually enjoyed this one more than I thought I would (3 ★).

I am going to have to call it a day at that for this challenge. I am almost 1/2 way through my 22nd book Daring to Drive: A Saudi Woman’s Awakening by Manal Al-Sharif but given the business of the next few days don't think I'm going to get the time or the right frame of mind to finish a book on such a heavy topic.
