You can still get them at antique shops. I saw a few today. Some have gone up in price over the years. Get yourself some good ones. I have little animals of all kinds: frogs, puppies, raccoons, owls, chickadees, cardinals, pink poodles...on and on really! its so fun!
It sure does sound like fun! I'll check them out, but I don't know if they have them in my country. Perhaps I'll manage to find them online? Thank you for sharing this story with us, it's really interesting! Again, how much we can learn from chickens! ;)
Well, I am sure eBay has them. I have looked for so many things there and it seems they have everything. I once got a big box of Norah Lofts books very cheap.
