Trish (trishhartuk) | 420 comments It's very annoying. Having started thinking I'd take two years, and revised it to a year and a half, I'm going to miss a year and a half by one book, or possibly two if I don't finish The Count of Monte Cristo by the end of the month (60% done).

Sigh.

Trish (trishhartuk) | 420 comments And I've finally finished!

Sadly, three months later than I'd hoped, and all because of the last book, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, which I would have DNFed if it wasn't for it being in a pre-chosen tower. I started it in February, within my 18 months timeframe, but it was so harrowing to read, that it took me three months, as I couldn't face more than a chapter at once.

I've anyone's curious: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
