I've been meaning to get back to that series myself for a while now.

What's the rule for anthologies?

Good question! Is it lame to say "depends on the anthology"? I've seen some that are collections of many short stories, while others contain only two or three longer novellas.
In the case of the former, I would just pick one creature from one short story to represent the entire anthology. In the case of the latter, if the stories are say 100 pages or more, you could go ahead and count each novella as it's own 'book'.
The page count of 100 is completely arbitrary, and to be honest, I'm not going to be checking anyone's page counts. So, really use your own judgement. If it felt like a full story, treat it as such.
If anyone has a better rule of thumb, I'd be happy to hear your ideas.

I personally liked this challenge, so I would be good doing this one again or even changing it up a bit would be fun too.
