Not to be the eligibility police on this list, but I did notice that the illustrator for A Lady Has the Floor: Belva Lockwood Speaks Out for Women's Rights was born and raised in England, and currently lives in London (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...). This would make this beautiful book ineligible for the Caldecott unfortunately. I loved the illustrations, and it made me a bit sad when I realized the fact.
