SERIAL READER CHALLENGE
Duration January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017

We definitely have some serious series readers in our group! As series readers tend to be in it for the long haul, we thought a full year would provide more flexibility in a series challenge. Readers can choose series with longer books, long or short series, be able to move between series, etc. Here’s how it will work!

Fill in the following blanks to determine how many books you will read for this challenge. You can fill in one, two, three or all four blanks to come up with the total number of books you will read. Post your responses here!

How to Participate
1. Post here telling the challenge leader that you'd like to join the challenge. You can choose your books for the challenge at the beginning, or add them as you go. You can join a challenge at any time, as long as the challenge is still active.

2. Whenever you finish a book for the challenge, post here and let the challenge leader know so they can update your progress.

Some members choose to update their original post with their progress to keep track of their challenge more easily, but make sure to also post a new message so the challenge leader knows to go look at your original post. You can look at how other members report their progress to find a strategy that works well for you.

I decided to divide my goal into three categories- series started (the first book of a series), series continued (the second book of a trilogy or just the next book in the series), and series finished (the last book of the series or the last book published as of 2017).
