For 5.8: Comfort Read, I read
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.
I love, love, love this book so much. It was one of my favorite childhood reads, and as I moved to a new city in August, and unpacked my bookshelves (just finished tha this week!), I found my old, dogeared paperback copy, and promptly settled right down to read it. This is my definition of a "comfort read."
