I am finally getting your picks posted. Thanks for your patience. I also noticed that in other PIFM months you had a specific shelf you wanted the picker to pick from, but I couldn't see that mentioned anywhere. If you do have such a shelf, please let me know, and I will re-do your picks. That being said, I found myself enjoyably wandering in your great TBR shelf! I could have added literally hundreds to my own because you have great ones there, but I made myself stop after a few.
Here are your picks:
Amusement Park/Disney:
Princess Academy - a fairy tale-like one, very good;
Men in Kilts -I laughed out loud many times in this one; It Must Be Love - always fun
Safari:
Tourist Season; People of the Wolf- animals on the cover
The Mane Event -paranormal
Gambling/Vegas:
Sin City- set in Vegas
Then Came You- Gamblers #1
Romancing the Bookworm - trying to win a heart
Staycation/Short:
Honey Moon/Hot Shot - 2 short novellas
How to Knit a Wild Bikini; Three Girls and a Baby - friends hanging out together and helping each other

NYC Ball Drop:
A Very Naughty Xmas - this could also go under the 'Hot Cover' description
Mrs. Miracle - a fun holiday one
The Perks of Being a Wallflower - excellent story, new to you
Honeymoon:
True Love - romance
Candy Apple Dead; Gregor the Overlander - new to you, first in series
I tried to pick a variety of types and authors, so I hope they are okay.
Happy reading!

I enjoyed looking through your shelves and I really tried to find a few more YA books to fit the categories, but I kept getting sidelined by other genres. LOL. I hope you enjoy your picks ..."
Thanks, Daffodil, these look great. There are several here that I was thinking of reading soon, so this will be just the push I need. (Don't worry about not finding a lot of YA; since I am retired now, I am finally getting to broaden my reading horizon to more adult-oriented books after many years of my YA-focus!)

1. Amusement Park/Disneyworld- Choose a fairy tale retelling or a book with humor in it.
Cinder – fairy tale retelling
First Grave on the Right - humor
2. Safari - Choose a book with an animal on the cover or in the story. Maybe a shifter romance?
Slave to Sensation – one of my favorite series ever
3. Gambling/Vegas - Choose a book where an MC takes a chance on love and/or tries to win the girl's/guy's heart.
Seducing Cinderella – I haven’t read this one, but it was on your tbr shelf
4. Staycation - Choose a shorter book and/or a story centered around a family or group of friends hanging out together.
If I Stay – short story, and it does bring out the family and friends thematic
5. Beach/Tropical Island - Choose a book with a HOT cover and/or a steamy story.
Dark Lover
6. Dude Ranch - Choose a Western/Cowboy romance or a book with several 'dudes'.
Texas Destiny – I had to do my research on this one, since I’m not much of a western/cowboy romance girl
7. NYC for the ball drop - Choose a Holiday romance or a new to them author for your pickee.
Sempre, Gabriel's Inferno – new
Let it Snow - holiday
8. Honeymoon - Choose a romance book with a sweet, innocent, virginal character. Or the first book in a series you think your pickee would love.
Seduction and Snacks – I think you would like this one, even though I haven’t read it myself yet
The Storyteller – virginal female character

1. Amusement Park/Disneyworld:
Cinderby Marissa Meyer (TBR) I have been wanting to read this one for awhile and it looks good.
Her Mad Hatter by Marie Hall (TBR): I really liked this book in the series.
2. Safari
A Werewolf in Manhattan By Vicki Lewis Thompson (TBR) I haven't read this but the cover looks cute.
Night Play by Sherrilyn Kenyon: One of my favorite books by her.
3. Gambling/Vegas:
High Stakes by Erin McCarthy (TBR): I've read several of her contemporary books and have enjoyed them.
Defying the Odds by Kele Moon (New): I've just finished this one and really enjoyed it.
4. Staycation
Love Bites By Lynsay Sands TBR: This is one of my favorites from the series.
Eternal Cravings By Nina Bangs TBR
5. Beach/Tropical Island:
A Hunger Like No Other by Kresley Cole TBR
Visions of Heat by Nalini Singh TBR-I love this series!
6. Dude Ranch - I noticed you don't read many western's so I just recommended two of my favorites from the past.
Texas Glory By Lorraine Heath New
The Texan's Wager By Jodi Thomas New
7. NYC for the ball drop:
Bunny and the Bear by Eve Langlais (NEW): I really like this author, she writes a lot of romances with humor.
Yule be Mine by Lori Foster (New): A collection of short Christmas stories.
8. Honeymoon: I picked 2 new series for you which I really enjoyed.
Size 12 is Not Fat by Meg Cabot(NEW)- One of my favorite series.
Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs by Molly Harper (TBR)

Yay!! I get to pick for you. I didn't realize the posting rules were up. Sorry. I'm excited. I will have them up soon!!

1. Amusement Park/Disneyworld: A modern retelling of Beauty and the Beast is Beastly.. and trust me when I say the book is MUCH better than the movie was. For a humorous book not on your shelf I chose How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf. Molly Harper is an author than can always make me laugh.
2. Safari: This isn't a romance book, but I saw it on your shelf and I really love it. The Art of Racing in the Rain. Also, you have read a couple of her books and rated them highly, so I definitely recommend Animal Magnetism by Jill Shalvis.
3. Gambling/Vegas: I feel like this category fits almost every romance book out there. A cute one that takes the gambling theme literally is Bet Me by Jennifer Crusie. When it comes to trying to win someone's heart I think Kristen Ashley is the master at this. A great example is The Gamble.
4. Staycation: A cute little Christmas story, that actually gives a teaser for her new series is Visions of Sugar Plums by Janet Evanovich. Kristin Hannah really knows how to write family centered books and Winter Garden is no exception.
5. Beach/Tropical Island: I recommend How to Be a Proper Lady by Katherine Ashe for a steamy cover. For a steamy read I recommend Dark Lover by J.R. Ward.
6. Dude Ranch: You really liked the first in this series. Maybe it's time to continue it? Against the Fire. A great historical western is Texas Destiny.
7. NYC for the Ball Drop: I don't read a lot of holiday romances, but this one has high ratings Angels at the Table: A Shirley, Goodness, and Mercy Christmas Story. A new to you author is Colleen Hoover. You have her on your shelfs, but you haven't actually tried to read her. Her books are some of my favorite YA/NA ever written. Slammed.
Honeymoon: A sweet virginal heroine always brings historical books to mind, and I absolutely adore Honor's Splendour with Lady Madalyne. For a new series, you seemed to really enjoy a lot of similar books and this series will suck you in quickly. Unearthly.

Here are your picks. Hope that you find something that you like. If not, let me know and I can re-pick.
1. Amusement Park/Disneyworld- I really liked The Duke Is..."
Glad that you found something that looked good. Happy reading.

I have here your recommendations. You didn't have that many books in your TBR shelf, so I decided to give you a variety of genres to choose from. Hope you find something interesting. : )

Hi Sassafrass,
Thank you for the picks I am going to read.

I am also dying to read Rumor Has it but I have not been able to get my hands on it.

I ended up putting quite a few books on your TBR on mine as well. I hope you enjoy your picks!
ETA: my library has the ebook version available to lend. I don't know if your county library system has ebooks, but it may be a good place to try.

I'm not feeling the greatest right now, but I promise that I will get your picks up sometime tomorrow."
Okay, hope you start feeling better.

I'm reading

Hi Elise!
I think Gigi missed the sign up and would like to join in as well. Let me see if I can get you two together...

I love the pic of your Corgi! I hope you like your picks.
1. Amusement Park/Disneyworld: A totally different take on fairy tales - The Fairy Godmother by Mercedes Lackey or this was on your shelves and looked interesting - Alice in Zombieland by Gena Showalter.
2. Safari: From your TBR - The Accidental Werewolf by Dakota Cassidy (I loved the poodle) or check out Desperate Housedogs by Abbey Sparkle, which has a pet therapist embroiled in a murder.
3. Gambling/Vegas: The heroine is taking a chance on love in Can't Teach an Old Demon New Tricks by Cara Lockwood or you can check out Unlucky by Jana Deleon which takes place during a gambling tournament.
4. Staycation; A couple of short stories here with Vampire Love Story by H.T. Night or Double Dare by Rhonda Nelson
5. Beach/Tropical Island: Twice Tempted by Jeaniene Frost seems to fit 'hot cover' in multiple ways.
6. Dude Ranch: I'm not a big western fan, but I did enjoy a book by R.C. Ryan, and this is first in the series - Montana Legacy. Or you can read this parody of every romance trope - The Zillionaire Vampire Cowboy's Secret Werewolf Babies by Nine Naughty Novelists.
7. NYC for the ball drop: A cute Christmas romance with one of Santa's sons - Sweet Inspiration by Penny Watson. A couple new authors you might enjoy - Woof at the Door by Laura Morrigan has another animal behavorist, but she can communicate with animals or something a bit more "magical" in Opal Fire by Barbra Annino.
8. Honeymoon: Since the main character is only 14 in Etiquette & Espionage by Gail Carrigar, I hope she is fairly innocent. Or check out the first in a new series by Heather Blake (aka Heather Webber) - It Takes a Witch, which has a unique take on wishcraft.
