35559 Anyone around?
35559 I'll try and finish something before the 10th or if not then I may be a few days behind starting.
35559 Oh, I would love to join in with this, but I'm not sure I'm going to have the time. I'm already trying to read so much and yet I feel like I'm in a reading slump. I guess I'll see what happens on or around the 10th.
35559 Angels & Demons (Robert Langdon, #1) by Dan Brown - 620 pages

Current Total: 11,236
Jan 04, 2019 09:01AM

35559 I've been taking the a chapter a day approach (as someone said there was 365 chapters so a chapter a day would still mean that I finish it by the end of the year) for the moment as I've got a couple of other books I am trying to finish as soon as possible.
The chapters have been quite short so far and not much has happened in the few 3 chapters (I haven't read todays chapter yet).

I will probably start reading more than a chapter a day when I get a bit more time, but I've made a start.

35559 I would like to join this challenge. I was going to do the yearly one, but I knew I wouldn't finish it in a year, especially as in 2019 I am planning to read mostly series, and then I saw the open-ended one which would be better for me.

35559 I’m working hard to finish books so that I’ll be ready for this.
Dec 23, 2018 02:24PM

35559 1. I have a degree in History
2. I'm in a long distance relationship. My boyfriend lives in Norway while I live in the UK.
3. I love cats. I like all animals, but cats are my weakness. If I'm sad, just show me some cute cat videos or pictures and I'll feel better.
4. I really want to learn more languages. I'm currently learning Norwegian (see above for the reason :P ) and before that I was learning French, but I am nowhere near fluent in either language. I would also like to learn German.
5. I love to swim, however I don't swim much anymore because it irritates my skin, but I want to try and swim more in the new year.
