Thank you! ♥
That's cool cause I read three books about the witches of the Discworld in about three weeks in the end of April/beginning in May. It would be a tooootal waste :). Well, one of them included elves, but since they're not the elves that I fell in love with years ago, I'll just wait until I find a better fit for this one :).

I'm just looking at your progress... You all, amazing work! I have no idea when I'll come around! I'm just all over the place with challenges ad books I've got to read :D!

message 170: by [deleted user] (new)

That's so Funny I was just thinking the same thing!, i've been looking at everyones updates and everyone is doing so well, I not usually a slow reader but I've been finding it hard to get into my reading this year, thank goodness there is no time limit for this challenge, at this rate I'll be working on this one for years...lol :0)

Quanlier
In Cherokee legend, a Quanlier has the head of a wolf, the torso of a man, the arms of a dog and the legs of a jackal. It feeds on human flesh and most small animals. Living in a small area there are very few, in fact there may be only one. It’s a close relation to a werewolf, only it can’t change into a human and when it’s killed it doesn’t turn into a human. It can run at speeds of up to 300 MPH.

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 15159 comments Sure, Joanne, if you want. You would have to work out whatever ratio you did. Like 50/50 would be 13 letters spelled out and 25 creatures.

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 15159 comments Oh, excellent question, Joanne! Let me confer with my co-moderators on this one. I'm guessing you can only use it once, but use any country you want.

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 15159 comments Joanne♥ wrote: "some creatures have different names in different countries. Like vampire is called something different in spain, greece and so on. Can we use these different names or do they all fall under vampire..."

Ruling: A vampire is a vampire is a vampire. So, no, Joanne♥. Only once, but any language you desire.
