I'm tripping.

Holy crap. This author knows how to write a sexy scene!!

Holy crap, his gay lover turned out to be doing him for his job. Wtf. Didn't see that coming!

This author is really good at writing characters!

What is this book? This is such a cool setup... like a mystery in a bookstore. A mysterious uncle. A mysterious secret society. lgbt!

I think the correct way to read this, for me, is to FF through the tedious sex scenes. They're so "porn."

Ok so this is more porn than plot. I don't recall the last romance books I read being this to-the-point.

So unrealistic... but idk if that's a fair criticism of a fantasy book?

For someone with amnesia, he picked up his old grudges and enemies too quickly. Could use a little development, but I still like the story. It's exciting.

It is tagged as YA on Goodreads but I don't think it is.

Protagonist has amnesia.

Its fun discovering the plot with him!

Just clicked. It's written like a play. All the dialog, plot advances in the dialog.

This needs to be a movie!!

People like the main character need to be humiliated lol

it's not just leftism gone wild, there's also some parody of other extreme world views as well.

This book feels like it was written after 2020. It explores the idea of the "SJW" severe-leftism gone unchecked.

An unusual structure for a book. It doesn't seem to have a point... maybe just following some characters through their life.

What an unusual style. It's off-putting at first but then captivating.

You can read the first few paragraphs of each chapter, age you will get 100% of the plot.

Just realized what is bugging me about this book. There is 0 suspense the plot armor is so thick.

This book is like that old TV show Hercules from the nineties. All the cheesy matches Mo small but without any of the tongue and cheek crowd winking that Xena had.

Although I've never accomplished writing and publishing a book, so I got nothing.

This book is what I would have written in high school.

There's some serious Mary Sue writing here lol.

Which I don't find anything wrong with! It's just very blatantly a Mary Sue.

Ugh. Some seriously inconsistent plot logic going on.

In one sentence the people are 100% ignorant of the civilzation in the past (that protagonist comes from).. several sentences later, they're resentful of that civilization for having destroyed the earth with technology.

One more super dumb slip like that, and DNF.

Love the setup and premise.

Some cringeworthy dialog though.. I'll stick it out.

DNF. Not sure what's happening. Story is so jumbled and jumps around way too much.
