I entered Karin Slaughter (one of my favorite authors) in to the literature map and the name that came closest was Jilliane Hoffman (whom I had never even heard of before). I thought the style was very close to Karin Slaughter and I liked this book a lot and will definitely read more by this author. Thanks so much for pointing out literature map to me. It will be a resource I use frequently.

I was struggling to find a title with my letters - then I remembered that the name Wendy actually came from this book! I have seen the play several times and read rewritten or abridged children's editions, but this is the first time I have read the complete original story. I found the language very old fashioned!
Michelle WI20.4 The Plot Line Thickens
The Surgeon: A Novel by Tess Gerritsen
One of my favorite movies are thrillers where cops track a killer. The cop team of this book reminded (loosely) of the movie "Copycat" which I love!

Liz Vegas5.2 The Lion in Winter: A Play - James Goldman
Review: This play was a very quick read and quite intriguing. It was a fictionalized account of Henry II, his wife Eleanor of Aquitaine, and their 3 sons. Lots of sarcasm and family drama made it a fun read. I can see why this play is a classic and has been turned into a movie and a mini series.
