Finished this week: Rider in the Mist and Babe in the Woods by Caroline Burnes (AKA Carolyn Haines) — liked the first book of the series more than the first — and Make Me Love You by Johanna Lindsey, which I loved.

I liked the Rabbi Small series quite a lot.

Jane I have Hammett on my TBR list. I'm not a fan of Noir, but these are classics.

Karen M | 1436 comments I am reading a nonfiction, Tisha: The Story of a Young Teacher in the Alaskan Wilderness which is so good. It's fact that reads like fiction and even if it was embroidered a bit it's still a wonderful book. I'm also listening to The Bookshop of Yesterdays which is also good but I figured it out way too early. I guess I'm doing pretty well with two books I'm enjoying, doesn't always happen!

Barb | 1192 comments Almost done with Surfside Sisters by Nancy Thayer Surfside Sisters, by Nancy Thayer. I've loved most of her other books, but imo, this one isn't quite as good as the rest. It would still be an excellent beach read!
