Do we have to do the books in order - like start with one - get a book from the "readers also enjoyed - read that and then pick the next? Or can we create our list, choosing from the readers also enjoyed section and read those in whatever order? Is there a specific way this needs to be done or is it up to us?

You can create your list and read them whenever you want. That's probably the best way because I do think the "readers also enjoyed" changes.
