Hi Debbie, welcome.Daisy, hi. I live in Nashville now, but grew up on a small farm about half way between Johnson City and Kingsport. Don't know if that's close to where you live but I still miss the mountains.

Hi Debbie,
I like my books dark and gritty as well. The darker the better and eerie or strange is good too. I have not run across anything that I have found to be too graphic; I'm not easily disturbed. I would love to have some suggestions from you.
Hi everyone! I'm from Dallas where I practice consumer law with my son Jim. I love to read any kind of thriller and in my spare time I write legal thrillers inspired by actual cases from the past.
Hi Everyone! I’m a Law student from India and I’m a little awkward socially. Alright, more than a little. As far as books are concerned, I like reading a wide range of them as long as they come under Fiction as Non-fictions usually bore me to death. Thrillers are the ones I’m most attracted to. With me, it’s like, when I like an author, I make it my mission to read every single work by him/her and only then I move forward to others. I don’t know if thats normal or not.
Well, enough about me. Looking forward to interesting recommendations from you guys!

Hey, Alison - no, I have not tried that one yet. I will certainly put that on my list! I am thoroughly entrenched in Hugh Howey's Silo series now, which i stumbled upon while reading through the GoodReads site. Just finished 'Wool', and loved loved loved it. Sprinting up to the library today to pick up the second book.

I loved it! I write alternate history so I was totally drawn in by the idea of a Jewish homeland in Alaska.

Am excited to join you and learn about new authors from you.
