The Year's Most Popular YA Debuts So Far
Move over tribute volunteers and chosen ones. There's a new wave of heroes in town.
This year, the young adult category is brimming with fresh talent and diverse voices across contemporary, sci-fi, and fantasy. For this list, we took a look at debuts published in the U.S. since January to bring you the books that your fellow YA readers can't stop adding to their Want to Read shelves.
These include Justin A. Reynold's time-traveling love story, BookTuber star Christina Riccio's coming-of-age-in-college tale, Emily A. Duncan's epic war between gods and monsters, and Rory Power's dystopian horror set in an all-girls school.
