Eh. Not sure why I continued this series. It's neat but nothing eye opening, mind expanding, or greatly entertaining.

Is there some subtext or a deeper meaning here that some reviewers seem to be saying? I'm really enjoying the main story and writing that I may be missing something deeper...?
