Jesus this is a long ass muffickin book!

Although it's long, I haven't been bored with this story at all. Great book so far.

What is this book? I fell into this story like a rabbit hole got Alice.

Really good so far. Maybe there's a future for this Mr. Follett.

Fascinating universe. Characters haven't gripped me yet. Holding out hope. Really liking the setup so far.

This is a great universe. It exists halfway between Tim Burton's spookiest and Disney's darkest tales.

This is distilled essence of Sanderson. It's good... very good.... although, in the way that sugar is good. A lot of sugar can be too sweet.

I think the Throne in the title is code for Inter-species alien sex.

This writing style is la river. Sometimes it slows to a meandering trickle that's difficult to follow through the underbrush. Other times the water level rises, hits rocks, then races forward with breakneck speed.... making it hard to follow also.

I'm sitting on the fence about this one at the moment. I hope this book is worth it, i like the characters so far.

After 6 time-travel, contemporary fiction books, this world is hard to get into. Like a too-hot jacuzzi.

I expected a caperfest of some time traveler getting lost in time, so it's not what i expected. This book is a lot of fun so far.

The character Syenite from this book is literally the same character i love from Branden Sanderson's Stormlight Archive, Shallan Davar.

It's YA. The villains are villainous. The good guys are honorable. The magic is all sparkly and magical. There's no depth to this story. It's basically an upgraded bedtime story.
