These main characters react unbelievably stupid... Especially not enjoying how unrealistically dumb the author wrote the character Mia.

This is YA isn't it? It's not tagged as YA... it is though. meh.

Sometimes tedious, sometimes fascinating.

Easy read so far. I like it.

Bronson Pinchot, when he's good, he's exceptional. When he's bad, its so cringeworthy and cheesy. There are characters he voices that I can hardly wait for him to finish speaking.

It seems so obvious now that this book exists in George R R Martin's universe A Song Of Ice and Fire. Now... Is it a knock off, an homage, or a veiled pre-prequel to the events in Game Of Thrones...?

Not very cohesive despite the stated effort in the prologue.... and it's so.... mish-mashy. Maybe I'm just not a fan of anthologies.

Youknow that meme "forwards feom gramma"? You know the type. Full of political righteous indication, but so clearly full of logic holes and"straw men. ".... That perfectly describes my feelings about the first story. And I've been labeled a liberal on many occasions. So the story should align with my moral system. It didn't. I'm hoping the editor got the crap story out of the way, first......

glad the author has Arlen revisiting his past lives, closing some of the plot lines.

Straightforward plot, but good. I like the bands the characters are forming into. Cool idea.

Strong like so far.. I hope it ends on a good note.
