Anderson trying to be Heinlein, a little strange. A pleasant but somewhat nostalgic read.

Interesting and even funny in places and strangely enough, given the topics involved, one of the more straightforward Gaiman stories I have encountered.

Finally something starts to happen, at 40% I was close to DNF it

Somewhat easier to follow than the previous 2 (or I’m just getting used to the style) seems also like connecting the dots and tying up a lot of loose ends.

Amazing how a book can be fantastic in different ways depending on your own age and experience, loved this as a teenager, loves even more now but for totally different reasons

Every bit as good as I remembered, more fantasy than sci-fi, but most of all It’s Bradbury

Fantasy when it's best, it's obvious why they turned to Sanderson to complete "wheel of time"

My fascination with this as a teenager was fully justified, apart from the world building is has a special atmosphere which stick with you for a long time

Finally decided to take the plunge and start on the Cosmere universe. And so far it’s brilliant, reminds me a little of Wheel of time without all the repetition

One of the very first sci-fi books I can remember reading, don’t recall much of the story, only that it moved me to tears. So far my recollection has been justified, it’s quite stunning.

No way to praise this enough, remembered it fondly from my teenage days and what a pleasant surprise, it’s even better at 54.

Officially DNF, not sure why but cannot persuade myself to complete this, maybe it’s all the misery that’s obviously lined up ahead in the story, but the reality is that I just don’t care enough.

Amazing and quite impossible to put down

Amazing what a 2 hour wait in Rome Airport can achieve, had this on Long-list forever and stuck in the airport without my kindle forced me to read something from the IPad and voila...

So far amazing and somewhat annoying at the same time

Strange captivating, on the surface I think I know what’s going on, but there a lot of hints to a underlying story not revealed yet

It’s not like I’m dragging my feet, but there was a fault in the mp3 version I had, so I started on other books while getting a new download.
All set now, but I probably have to start all over.

Others has compared this to Ray Bradbury and Susanna Clarke, I so agree and that’s not a bad thing at all.

Classic discworld , but not as brilliant as “night watch”

I’m rarely surprised, but this one takes some unexpected (and enjoyable) turns, can’t wait to see where it all ends

A complicated story structure, for a while I had no idea where it was going, but now it’s beginning to make sense

Intelligent & Entertaining , reminds me a little of Scott Lynch's gentlemen bastards in style.

Can't believe i newer read this before, it's up there with "does android dream" and UBIK.
