Oh nooooo!!!!! This is Ursula & Ariel all over again!!!! This can’t be good!!! I know she wants to find her sister, but if the evil Ursula taught us one thing it’s not to agree to foolish contacts & especially loaning our ones voice!!!! Gotta read see what happens hopefully be okay granted it’s still early in the book so no doubt angst ridden stuff to come!

Very early guess, but this Julian might be Legend’ or at least work for this magical mystery guy! Oh that’s my hopeless romantic in me too lol

Great start very descriptive! That being said though...”It was the kind of night where she could smell the moon, thick candle wax dancing with the salty scent of the ocean, full and glowing.” Very poetic yet smelling the moon that just kinda odd 😂

Synopsis sounds great!! It says 1.5 hours average read time though so thinking this is a novella that will set up the storyline for future events/books! Commence reading short, but hopefully not too short contemporary romance story!! 😂😍

Love this novel! Binge reading all day especially after watching the new tv show they adapted from this novel! That being said right at this moment my eyes are glossing over with the image detail that is “fluff” pieces granted very well researched content it is not what I’m interested in let’s get back to Matthew & Diana!!

OMG!!!! Love this novel! It’s red hot not the sweet clean novel I at first thought, but that is okay the raunchy parts go with our leading male character! Raw & more tangible than other characters in other books!

Okay...I see different approach I like it!!!! So instead of the secret wanting to destroy your father and your family for what he did when he was little was up front to her then fell in love and I don’t want to ruin them anymore but we will see how this turns out I like it so far

Love this novel especially the audiobook aspect as the narrator is so spot on with the Cockney dialects & British native tongue!!!! Only downside is only listen to in the car to/from places need to get longer distance trips planed 😂🤪😍

Okay...so there is more foul language now than before! Dang poor Ralph his father is such a menace how could a cold hearted male let alone a father like that make such a decent strong fair honourable man like our Ralph!!! Really hope he stands up to him regardless of he is your Laird for the women you love!!

OMG it’s so sweet (that said there is some bedroom talk, but nothing too crass) and the author has definitely done her due diligence researching about the Scottish past the customers of that era! Love all the detail feel like I’m there with our characters!!! Omg our main protagonists love her spitfire & it’s very sweet to see this funny & truly honourable of a man....eeeekkksss If only he was real lol

Awesome plut & detailed characters so far! Love that as a reader I am already immersed in this world very hard to pull off right off the bat!!

Love this nickel so far! Fast paced quick read with just enough clues to keep us hanging & guessing to see if one was right!! So hope it’s jut Daniel just saying might be one of the cousins or even the butler! 😂

It’s all over the place, but I like it still so far! Definitely getting Christian Grey vibes with him being super possessive & rich, but we will see if other aspects are true as well 😂😂 I’m glad she is standing up for herself let’s hope it continues!

Omg!!!! Synopsis said fans of John Green TFIOS would love this...I was sold with that promise alone!!!! So far it’s been good surprised at the cussing used in the YA novel, but the characters/storyline itself is engaging!!

Omg whew!!! Love this storyline even though it has no HEA (part 1 of 4 so yeah lots of ups n downs expected) & so much angst in it, but love the forbidden romance! Student-teacher romance 50 shades style lol this is reading escapism now just need a beach with a drink & I’ll be set!! 😂🤩🎉😍

So far so good! It is hinting at a lot of things so we will see about this switched birth or blackmail birth or whatever the evil so called mother of hers & father of his!!!!

Part 2...lol I can feel the tension/feelings I’m right there with our protagonists! The writing is so descriptive & love the ebb & flow now I have really connected with our main characters! Love Archer he is innocent yet why he is being framed is still the mystery & by whom of course!! Love their relationship!

Eeeekkksss!!! Now I’m really getting into it that I want to just keep driving around or bring my headphones into work & listen lol because that is totally professional not to mention productive day 😉😂😂😂

I like it, don’t have as much time with work & the holidays, but I know once I get further into the heart of the novel it will come more alive especially with the talented Moria Qurik as the narrator definitely helps the slow build up from the first few chapters!!

WTF!!!!! I really really hate this guy right now our supposed protagonist!!!He propose to his “social equal” to only need to “consume” someone else...the love of his life which is our female protagonist the governess! Oh wait it gets better 🤮🤯🤦🏻‍♀️😣, but only so he can “look at her from afar” omg this guy—this novel it’s getting so ridiculous & starting to really not like it!

Excited!!!! Looks like it might be similar to one of my all time favs Jane Eyre by the amazing Charlotte Brontë!!!!!

OMG!!!!! Totally squealing in delight with these two main characters!!!! OMG this story is awesome!!! It’s the character dynamics though that really bring the story to life!!!! Can’t wait to keep reading!!
