It’s ok...I hesitate because it is literally Pride & Prejudice with the contemporaries of Bridget Jones Diary & Mean Girls exactly! Boldly using exact phases “On Wednesday we wear pink” to the even the names of the main characters “Lord Darcy” the brooding male rich, title, uppity at first towards the heroine “Lady Bridget” witty, outcast, self deprecating, wanting to fit in storyline!

Fun easy read, but have so many other novels that I want to read & unlike others this is just not an immediate connection that I’m like hooked on this & have to stay up to read despite adult responsibilities in the real world! I’m still chipping away at this, but am reading other novels & taking care of my family at same time!

It’s ok so far not the best sadly, but not every novel is a gem!

Love this novel so far! I see why some might not like it as reviews have mentioned this hot and then cold on an off romantic notions, but I totally understand & can picture myself thinking/experiencing the exact same tide waves of emotions when you like someone and not sure if the feelings are returned or not!

Was recommended to me! Love the era & first time reading this type of diversity in one of my historical novels!

OMG loving this audiobook!!!!!!

OMG Danggggg what a storyline! I’m hooked from the start! It’s like wow seriously “unwind” your not dead you will just be more useful in separate ways...yeahhhhhh your dead does not matter how the hot shot lawyer tries to spin the story of going to “harvest camp” to be “unwound” is a good thing!!!!

So started this at Starbucks super early in the morning before my hair appointment, but clearly not very far into this novel yet for my CG book club! Lol not my normal YA/historical/contemporary romance genres willing to branch out & give this new book a chance!

Ahhhh very sweet clean regency era novel!!!! Love the wit,humour & characters so far!!!! Especially love the proper British spelling the author has utilised!!!! 💯📚🎉😍

Ahhhhh!!!! I don’t want to start the last CD as I’m not ready to leave this truly amazing world!!!!! I love all the characters, the storyline the author is remarkable this vivid world she has created!!!!! I also, want to know what happens so here I start though can always re-read or in this case listen again to the magic of the Mora Quirk the gifted narrator of this novel!! 😍

Not far into this right now, but recovering from being sick stupid stomach or flu bug!!!!! Do love this author & the premise of this story can’t wait to continue now that I can actually focus on it!!!!

Absolutely love this story!!!! Rue gets into so many scraps yet never daunted she is one fearless female & a badass leader!!!! This combined with so many other facets of a very talented author that gives us such detailed & engaging storyline makes Gail Garriger one of my all time favourite authors!!!!!

OMG I love this novel! Hahahahaha it’s a bit far fetched, but not totally implausible! It’s a rare gem of a novel! Love the witty banter and how the author has already hooked me in with these characters!!

(Part two as the length exceeded limit lol) —a mark of a truly gifted writer one forgets the genders,race,religion of the characters and fully embraced in the heart of the matter not worried about societal influences!!!!! Especially in a YA novel LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!!!!

Awwww!!!! I love that it shows raw emotions & true love at its best!!!!! This is what it is really about...soulmates!!!! It does not matter what gender when you have found your soulmate!!! Mega props to the author for navigating this delicate and all too controversial topic with amazing finesse— (part one lol)

One of the main things besides my local coffee shops that helps me look forward to driving to/from work these days!!!!!
Absolutely love this storyline so far!!!! of course brilliant characters still up to their same quirks & how the author is fabulous in fleshing them all out main characters or secondary all have heart, wit & such rich detail!

Very excited!!!!! Proper British spelling has been utilised I have noticed which is a major plus in my eyes for this author!! I choose the book solely on the title because I could glean what main storyline would be apparent!!!! I’m genuinely happy to continue this what a great novel for a cold snowy evening!!!! 📚🎉🤩😍

Disc one! So excited! Love this author & her vivid world she has created with these characters!!!! Book three here I come can’t wait to get back into this story!!!!!

I’m starting to lose interest in this novel sadly as it’s a case of over abundance use of misunderstanding between our two lovebirds! I really enjoyed this story up into they blatantly do the opposite or as the case the author is making the characters and us as readers go into circles!

Audiobook chpt 11 love this storyline & the narrative is good & the music at certain parts nice addition!

Awww my sweet traditional Regency novels!!!!! Love the storyline & the characters are well developed already which is a huge plus as a reader to feel a connection with them!!!!

Reality is getting in the way, but not so much that if I absolutely loved this storyline I would be finishing it! It’s a good novel just where my mood has a big impact it!

On the 5th CD! This is an excellent read! It is comprised of so many different characters & concepts that are presented & hinted at very cleverly written!

Omg this novel is a tear jerker especially since it’s the subplot that is pulling at my heart strings more than anything else! Awww I feel so bad for his dad missing his wife of 30 years to go out at night thinking she is walking the moors or leave the windows open in hopes she will return! OMG that kind of everlasting love!

Library book on kindle no pg numbers just percentages of completions!! Very contemporary storyline & our leading heroine for the Regency time era! Not sure what her secret is but prob to do with a baby that’s why she needs to be married quick & by anyone so her scary past can’t reach her anymore!

So I do not know how they distinguish on here, but the book itself starts the numbering system all over again for Miss Mayhem which is part two of this series! Rebel Belle was a cute fun read! Has adventures, supernatural characters, romance great easy read!

Easy fun read on the airplane!!!!!

Half way though Disc One!!! Sounds like a promising start!!!! It was between this one & Three Dark Crowns! Lol love the title honestly is what was the tie breaker for these two because both of their synopsis sound good!!!!
