The story is losing me.

Real, emotional, full of heart, and coming of age angst, it also contains cultural and social issues and lots and lots of yummy food! This is shaping up to me my first favorite read of the year!!

I'm unsure of the major plot at this point but I do very much like the atmosphere and foggy quality. I also really love the Mexican references, cultural and history.

What fun this story is.

This is a really fast read. Fun and energetic, enjoyable.

Slow but good. I love the old school fairy tale vibe and the cultural aspects. It's a bit predictable but still good.

Liking this much better then Wall. Dex isn't really bad or gruff, the story it kinda sweet. Or I've just read too much darkness, lol.

Strangely I'm getting bored.

Still good, a bit slow because of world building but I bet book two takes off!

Seriously loving every page!

Loving this!! It has Bear and the Nightingale mixed with Beauty and the Beast vibes. Amazing. Set it Russia, it's beautiful.

I don't like Vanessa noe. She's too whiny. Also if they would just talk, 3/4 of this story would be unnecessary. Not thrilled anymore, but still have a lot of story left.

This is a surprisingly fast read, funny and cute; enjoying it so far. I would like a bit more communication between Val and Aiden, but I think that is part of his personality.

Really great so far. Very raw and visceral and I love the grit. This story feels real. I will say, I don't know how old the the main character is but he feels younger to me, 23 at the oldest.

A bit silly, definitely light hearted and fun. I like the humor and the turn of the centry aspects also the supernatural/mythological.

Fun story so far and I have to say that Pie is my favorite character, LOL.

Just now getting to the "action." I would like a bit more action or less telling. Still very good.

Getting better. Just started eith the action/learning and passed the initital world building.
