I'm determined to read some of my books that have been on my Kindle since I first got it (no, this book wasn't on there..it just was one of my first purchases...I was in a smut mood). Ok..now onto the book. I like the entire historical romance "lady-into-a-tramp" genre. I'd never survive back then. Corsets and me would not work. Uppity women and me...no-go. Men doing what they want, while woman sipping tea..not!

I'm flying through this book. It's not bad, a bit predictable. Because of the writing style, there is alot of background left out.

I can understand why so many give up on this book in the beginning. It is SLOW. But the best is yet to come!!

Weird formatting, written verse..doesn't transfer well from ARC to Kindle. story cute, wish it wasn't in verse though.

I can't believe I'm doing this but I really miss Jamie. I love this story and well, I've decided to listen to the audiobook again. I almost never re-read books, there are too many great ones to be uncovered to waste time re-reading. However, this series is something special.

I have no clue how I found this book. It was just on my Kindle & I took a look and that was it. It's really good, very strong writing. So happy I found it.

I'm not used to crying at the beginning of the book but I sure did on this one. The suicide was so real and broke my heart.

I really don't want this book to end. If it wasn't for the fact that another favorite book of mine came out today, I'd read this one nice and slow. I literally have highlighted & marked so many passages in this book. This will be one of those books I order when it comes out just to support the author so she can keep writing. I LOVE it.

OMG... this book is absolutely fantastic, simply heartwarming, romantic, full of twists, two great characters. LOVE it. I don't want to reach the end!

My hubby took me on a surprise trip out of town and didn't even give me a chance to pack. I had a wonderful New Years in Napa but now that I'm back, I feel so lost and unorganized (jeez just two days away). However, I was able to listen to a bit of this one and I'm not hating it nor loving it. I'm fearful of the Ethan thing. Not another guy in the mix!!! Or is his name Evan..whatever his name is...

I haven't been this excited about a paranormal romance book in a long time. Outstanding start. I couldn't stop reading it. The author made me fall in love with Archer within 5 pages. Miranda is impressive as well. I hope this one stays as good as it is right now.

Ok, so this narrator is the same narrator that did the entire shifter series (starting with Stray). I did that entire series on audiobook. The narrator uses the same voices so literally it sounds like.. Faythe is Eugenie, Faythe's lil sis is Eugenie's sis, Faythe's dad is Roland, Faythe's mom is the Shaman in Alabama. Same voices exactly! CONFUSING!!! LOL

OH and I'm convinced the Kiyo can't be the father of these twins. THAT seems way too easy. So considering Eugenie's last time with Dorian was TASTEful. I'm guessing her ability to count how far she is along is wrong or kids in fairytaleland grow at a different rate. Or I'm just in lala land in believing that Dorian is the father. Whatever you do, don't pull me back to reality. I don't want Kiyo to be the father!!!

Well, on today's episode as Eugenie's World Turns, we have Eugenie getting an ultrasound. Tomorrow's episode will be exciting, it stars Dorian giving Eugenie an actual crib with promises of more in the future. I can't stand the excitement.

Ok. I give the author 10 stars for some highly erotic sex scenes. However, the storyline is just the same stuff from book 2. The banter is even getting old. I also realized how much this series reminds me of Richard Gere & Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, how they play off each other.... when Richard Gere calls her, then scolds her for answering, then calls her again just to see if she would defy him. Very Fifty like.

I like that little sis is protective now. She is a much better character in my eyes now that she isn't trying to get knocked up.

Just figured out I had page numbers on this one so I'm going via page #'s. Ok.. so Ana's insecurity, hesitancy to act because she doesn't want Fifty to react is starting to annoy me. I know she loves him...I know he loves her but it is so NOT an adult relationship. GRRRRRR.
