grrr..grumble...grrr... why does this book seem so rushed. There is a great author hiding in there somewhere....

I'm having "issues" with my other book but I don't want to stop that one. However, not being overly happy with that book makes me want to rush through it to get to this one. So, instead, I'll read both at the same time (ok, not literally).

I'm so not a fan of Smoke.

It was a tough choice... this book or Immortal Rider. Nevertheless, the desire to know who Cass picks is killing me and making me want to read this first!

This book is weird! I zone out when the political ramblings occur (and I love politics) just because the narrator's voice hypnotizes me as she says all the French sounding names. She sounds like a young Christiane Amanpour.

I really can't stop reading this book. If you graduated high school in the 1990's, you'll enjoy this book even more. :)

oh so addicting.

I couldn't wait to get this book. The book summary intrigued me to no end. I even checked this morning at 5am to make sure it actually downloaded. Yes, I'm a geek!

the 13 houses, all the names, I believe my brain is about to pop.

This book is recommended to me more than any other book (from people that know me or my reading preferances). I've tried reading it before but gave up quickly (1st chapter). Now, I'm really liking it even though the terms/houses/world is confusing the crap out of me.

I'm really enjoying this book. Wish I had more time to read this weekend. :(

This book was very predictable, I guessed the bad guy from the first moment he was introduced. It's almost over, just haven't been motivated to finish it. I will though.

Great book, great twist, love the characters. One little pet peeve... dialogue... authors.. have your beta readers read your dialogue out loud, if it sounds too formal, too "adult", then it is... teens talk like teens, they don't say "will not", they say "no I won't", they don't say "I cannot" they say "I can't". Other than that, I love the book.

I have serious attention problems, it is not the book.. I've only read 2 pages so it can't be the book. I'm just in lala land, it's my own fantasy world... no book necessary!

This book is driving me nutty. There is so much ridiculous about it but as you can see, I'm still reading it. What does that say about me?

My own little fairy god daughter (I can't say god mother since I believe she is younger than me) came to my rescue and I now have an ebook version of my lost hard copy! And now, I'm happy to begin the journey.

SO much about this book I dislike (the other POV's besides the two main characters drive me nuts, I also can't stand the internal oh-he's/she's-hot-I-want-him/her-but-can't-have-him/her dialogue). AT the same time, I look forward to the audiobook. WTF is wrong with me?

So why do contemporary romance novels have so much internal dialogue/reflection? It drives me batty!!!!!!! I don't sit down and reflect over my entire life on an hourly basis.
