Will this challenge be available in 2013?I find that being confronted with the amount of new books vs already owned ones sobering as far as getting new ones before doing some cleaning in the TBR pile.
I did try to change my reading habits because of it.

Agreed. I found myself borrowing a lot more books from my library this year, instead of buying them like I used to.

Well done Christine!I think that next year I should try to differentiate from library read, freebies and owned.
For now I'm just happy that I knocked twice as many 'owned' books than new acquisitions.
