Excellent. I'll have to see if the library has it.

here are my picks for you!
The Biggest Loser - Well, you have quite a few heavy titles in your shelves so let's unburden you a little. I suggest Les Misérables ..."
Thanks Polina, hard choices on what to start first! I have both Redeeming Love and Les Miserable so might start with one of them. I have to admit Forbidden Love is definitely out of my comfort zone but I might try and get my hands on it and give it a try.
Also planning to read Shit my Dad says - It's one of the monthly reads for another group so that will work perfectly :)

I'm good with whatever Erin. I don't the library will get it to me anytime before the middle of the month.

Thanks Jane! I'm hoping it will be. I've heard great things about this.

I would say whoever has you is busy trying to find something in place of your lack of a TBR shelf! I might have a winner this month on someone that will actually read what I suggest :P

1.- The Dragonbone Chair or Acheron

BUDDY READS
7.The Amazing Race- Kiss of the Highlander I would love to visit Scotland!
8.My Favorite Channel is-
The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo I really enjoy a good mystery or crime solving show so I thought this would be a good read.

It was a little hard picking for you, I was a little worried cause we have different taste in books and I was trying to put something you might like, so I hope I'm hitting the target in here.
1-The Biggest Loser: The longest with 1011 pages, Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell
2-Modern Family: One that end up on my TBR, The Darkest hour KGI 1 by Maya Banks
3-Channel Surfer: One of the author you rate 5 stars Ilona Andrews in On The Edge The Edge 1

5-Dancing with the stars: The book Thief by Markus Zusak
6-That's So Raven: The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern It's not a YA book but involves children in a significant role.
7-The amazing race: Bet Me by Jennifer Crusie

Normally you'd be waiting a bit longer for your picks (it's 4am here in London) but I'm not well so I'm up and I figure I should do something productive. If nothing appeals or ..."

Remember Suzanne, it's a liberating experience. I have a good history of read books. Just not a TBR shelf.

I'm glad you found so much there! I'm game to buddy read either the Edwards or the Andersen book if you can get it, and I'll definately read Ready Player One with you with my time comes from the library.

Just let me know when you get it and I'll try to work it in to this month's reading.

We have so many books in common on our TBR lists that it was hard to narrow these picks to just one on each. I also found some more to add to my own TBR list from yours. Like I needed more..."
Yay! Thanks Joyce. I put Garden Spells and Clockwork Angel on hold at my library. I would be up for the buddy read All Together Dead which I have, so I guess start with All Together Dead and then I will read the other two when I get them.

Thanks for the picks Kimberly...
I would love to read any one of the buddy reads..
Let me know which one you prefer.

Hi Kimmy! Thanks for recs.
I'm thinking of reading either:

Can't decide which yet. :)
I've had Thrones in my TBL for a while and the rest I'm able to get in audiobook format from the library. I'll post here when I start listening!

@ Lekshmy - Thank you for my picks! I am still hesitating about what to start first. I'll post later.
Great challenge, everyone!

1. The Biggest Loser -Jane Eyre (this is just an ok book in my estimate, but so well-known it’s good to read)
2. Modern Family- The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (warning—very disturbing violence, but good characters; also, you'll likely want to read the other two books, so it's LOTS of pages)
3. Channel Surfer The Alchemist – a short, uplifting fable
From your read
4. Law and Order (in all its iterations)- Very Valentine (2 of the 3 are out)
5. Dancing with the Stars –this was difficult, since your reading is so varied :) -The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency by Mccall Smith
6. That's So Raven - Eragon by Paolini
Buddy Reads
7. The Amazing Race – To Wed a Highlander by Sinclair
8. My Favorite Channel is... – American Idle by Holliday (I’ve already read this one, and thought that it was very cute, spoofy chick-lit)

I want to read all of them with you, but I'm going to commit myself to just two:
Life of Pi and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. I have some library books, I need to during the first week of the month, but then I should be free. I already have a copy of Life of Pi, and my copy of Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pi Society has been ordered.

Hi Isabella. I think you did a great job. I actually recent bought a copy of Naked in Death so I'm up for a buddy read on that one if you're interested. Let me know.
I'm also going to try to squeeze in On the Edge and The Darkest Hour.
I hadn't heard of NIght Circus, but it looks really good, so I placed a request for it at the library (I resist buying hardbacks). There are 156 people ahead of me on the waiting list, so I don't know if I'll get it by the end of the month. : ( If not, I'll still read it when I finally get a copy.
Thanks for the recs.!

I'm so happy you approved my recs and you're chosing more than one pick for this month :)
I'm up for the buddy read with you. Naked In Death is a nice series I actually read 2 books of it by accident and liked them, but I want to do things right and begin with the first of the series, so I'll leave you to chose the date, I'll be ready for it.
The Night Circus was magical and not easy to describe, I hope you get a chance to read it soon :)

2...."
I would love to read it too, however, I have my O levels until the 15th, so I don't think I'll be able to make it till then. Is that ok?

From their TBR/new to them
1. The Biggest Loser - The Host is like 600 pages, but if you are feeling really ambitious you have already read book 1 so you could read book 2 World Without End with only 1014 pages
2. Modern Family - Garden Spellsor The Sugar Queen anything by Sarah Addison Allen always makes my list for a great contemporary with a bit of supernatural aspect to it.
3. Channel Surfer - Moon Shadows you really don't have any anthologies or short stories on your TBR (that I could see) so this is one of my favorites, it is a paranormal anthology
From your read
4. Law and Order (in all its iterations) - Lord of the Vampires (Royal House of Shadows, #1) or The Darkest Night both are good series, Royal House is unique because it is 4 authors each writing one of the stories.
5. Dancing with the Stars - The Perfect Wife or Mine Till Midnight you have a few historicals, but not many that I saw.
6. That's So Raven - City of Bones really enjoyed City of series, and we have both read Perfect Chemistry and both of us seem to need to read Rules of Attraction
Buddy Reads
7. The Amazing Race - The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo
8. My Favorite Channel is... - (SciFi Channel) The Lightning Thief

but we are still sitting at nearly 80% of recommendations provided, so doing good

We have so many books in common on our TBR lists that it was hard to narrow these picks to just one on each. I also found some more to add to my own TBR list from yours. Like I needed more. LOL
Hope you like your picks.
From their TBR/new to them
1. The Biggest Loser - A Storm of Swords
2. Modern Family - if you want to try a really good contemporary/slightly paranormal book try Garden Spells
3. Channel Surfer - If you like anthologies try Bite
From your read
4. Law and Order (in all its iterations) - I noticed you have this on your TBR list and this is a series I really love. Something from the Nightside
5. Dancing with the Stars - I noticed you don't have many sappy romances on your TBR list so here is my favorite guilty pleasure: Message in a Bottle
6. That's So Raven - The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon
Buddy Reads
7. The Amazing Race - Clockwork Angel
8. My Favorite Channel is... Based on my love of True Blood TV show and Buffy the Vampire Slayer as well I picked All Together Dead
