[Moderators of NBRC, Challenger-in-Chief]

DURATION:You set the pace!

LEVELS:

◈Eating humble pie: 1 - 5 books
◈Easy as pie: 6 - 10 books
◈A finger in every pie: 11 - 15 books
◈Pie in the Sky: 16 - 20 books
◈The Upper crust: 21+ books

RULES:

◈ All formats available (paperback, kindle, audiobook...)
◈Rereads are allowed as long as you read the entire book
◈You must start with 3. The remaining digits can be read in any order as long as by the end of the challenge, the whole sequence is read.

HOW TO: Similar to the Fibonacci Sequence read the digits of pi( 3.1415926.... ) using one of the options bellow:

OPTION 1: Using the series number. You can do each digit individually of group them as it fits your needs.

Example:

which is #1 in the series as #1
which is #14 in the series as #14

OPTION 2 ⇔You may use the number of letters in the title or the author's, the series', or main character's name to get your pi digit or any combination of those mentioned.

Example:

O+N+C+E as #4
B+L+A+C+K+B+E+R+R+Y_W+I+N+E by J+O+A+N+N+E_H+A+R+R+I+S as #26

OPTION 3: Use your TBR: Sort your to-read or other shelf of your choice by date added - you can choose either descending or ascending but keep your chosen direction till the end of the challenge. Then you just have to read books #3, #1 or #14 or #141 and so on

If you prefer, you can also combine all the options above, using, for instance

as #1 and as #4, and the 15th book in your TBR as #15

Well... it was to make it easier on the numbers...

If you choose to read only the 3,1415926 digits and read #3, #14 and then #9, it means you'll have to read 1 or 5 or 15, to complete the pi sequence.

If you think is better, go ahead.
