25.11 - Sarah E's Task: Treasure Hunting

This is a TWO book task. Pick two different options.

Option 2: How many paces?

Now you have your direction, how far should you go? Roll two dice to determine how many paces you should take.

Read a book that is the same number in a series as the total number rolled.

I rolled a 6 and 2, totaling 8.

Indiscretions of the Queen by Jean Plaidy
This book is listed in Goodreads data as #8 in the Georgian Saga series.

Option 3: X marks the spot

You reach the point marked on the map with a big red X.

Read a book with an X found somewhere in the title, subtitle, or author's name. One qualifying author will work if there are multiple authors.

10.9. In Case You Missed Them
I read I'm Judging You: The Do-Better Manual - it's easier to find if you filter the list by Staff Picks.

25.10 - BellaGBear's Task: OLD LOVE AND NEW LOVE
For my first book, I chose option 1 and read Flowers for Algernon, found on p. 3 of the Most Begun but Unfinished list. Currently # 238. I have never read this book before (although I'm not sure how I've missed it), and I've never read anything else by this author.

For my second book, I chose option 3 and read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, found on p. 1 of the Popular to Reread Books list. This is a re-read for me.
It doesn't list "childrens" right now, but should it return, the ARBF data is IL: MG - BL: 5.5 - AR Pts: 12.0.

30.2 - Ava Catherine’s Task: Celebrate Summer
For my first book, I chose option 4 and read Sad Cypress by Agatha Christie - author initials, AC, found in vACation.

For my second book, I chose option 5 and read Franny and Zooey, found on p. 2 of Books That Changed the Way You View Life
