It is. I had to shut down and restart. Wouldn't even let me cut and paste and what it was pasting was from week's ago and I had done other cutting and pasting since then. When it happened several times knew I had to restart.

Same here. That's always my go to fix. If that doesn't work then I have to dig deeper.
