I like conspiracy theories where there is a small secret group that controls the masses. I also find the idea that governments can secretly create diseases/viruses and use them as biological weapons very interesting. This book has both. There is a "business" run by a man who can make anything happen (or appear to happen) for the right price. And the plot of this novel is that Robert Langdon must race against the clock to prevent a deadly virus from being released.
