Thanks Amber. I'm new to this Goodreads group. I thought I had introduced myself, but then again, maybe not.

I'm a crime fiction writer. I live in a small seacoast town just north of Boston, Massachusetts. I worked more than twenty years as a journalist, mostly as a daily newspaper reporter covering the crime beat. That's where I got the idea for my serial killer thriller Deadly Fare, which was released in October and is available from Amazon in ebook and paperback.

Deadly Fare isn't a who dunnit. The reader knows who the killer is from the start, but they haven't a clue as to how he became such a monster. That's the story.

I'm currently writing another novel, which picks up where Deadly Fare left off.

When I'm not writing crime fiction, I work as a photojournalist on magazine assignments. I also work one or two shifts per week as a medic on an emergency ambulance. I also sail as much as possible.

Hello Everyone. I've enjoyed searching the GR groups to find a nest. Yours wins the honours because you are such a polite, incisive, informed, eclectic and international lot and the Mods do a fantastic job. I am a reader and author. I am UK based (Somerset). I am well retired (and tired often), write when I'm not having to do something else (dog, four acres land, wife etc) and read anything. But I will enjoy being herded to contemporary books as my mind-set is still with classics of all kinds. i look forward to enjoying your company.

Hey everybody! I'm Tina:-) I live in Alabama, married to a lovely and loyal gentleman for 20 years, have 2 sons- Josh, 18 is a senior in HS and will be leaving for college in the fall and Jayce,11 and in the 5th grade. These boys are my life(all 3 of them!!)I'm a stay at home mom and I enjoy many things big and small but I mostly enjoy spending time being a mom to my boys. I love baseball and love going to my eldest son's games. I love wrestling and love going to my youngest son's matches. I love going to the beach but also enjoy a trip to The Smokey's now and then. I love great music,mostly late 80's/early 90's rap,rock,and R&B. I enjoy a good movie now and then,mostly dramas and thrillers. I've just started reading again about 6 months ago after approximately a 20 year hiatus,and that's when I started using Goodreads. I forgot how much I loved to read. I enjoy mysteries,thrillers and suspense novels. Sometimes I find myself wanting to read a bit of historical fiction or a good love story. I am new to all of this so please be patient with me as I familiarize myself with everything in this group. BTW....Amy invited me to this group,so a big shout out to you for doing so!
