I love romantic stories... good list.

We love it when Goodreads cannot even put one queer romance written by a queer person in a list 27 books long.

Everything I've read from J.R. Ward I have loved and read over and over again I am currently reading the black dagger brotherhood series for the 3rd or 4th time!!!!
Not a single LGBT story? No great shock, but pretty tiresome. Glad to see it's not all lily white, at least. :/
You need to add Only When It's Us by Chloe Liese. It’s one of the best NA/college romances I’ve ever read. It deserves so much more attention & then some.
Please add The Notebook
by Nicholas Sparks and
Dear John also by him. All the Eternity Springs novels by Emily March plus Where the Heart Is
by Billie Letts. And last but not least Wyoming Special Delivery
by Melissa Senate. I have just reviewed the ARC of this and I was on the blog tour for
In Five Years recently too. Thanks for adding that plus I haven't read the Suzanne Enoch title here- I like her books though.

There are some suggestions here I'll read... But why are they all m/f? That's so narrow. Include gay books, or fix the title of the article....
Add white female/ POC male pairings please
Below you'll find the romance books published since the beginning of the year that were most beloved in the genre (as measured by Want to Read adds and an average reader rating above 3.5 stars).Yeah, right.
Just a quick search and look at this
The Midnight Lie

The House in the Cerulean Sea
2,646 rating, 4,60* published March 17
Flavor of the Month
147 ratings, 3, 87* published April 17
I hate all the silly cartoon/illustrated covers. That seems to be all Goodreads is interested in promoting these days. Women are not children. We do not need our romance books dressed up as cartoons for us to enjoy them.

I think they meant to say "These are the books whose publishers paid us to put the books on our list."
I'm so happy there are so many rom-coms on this list! I'm excited to get acquainted with new authors. :-)
