Friday -- yet again we're celebrating the upcoming weekend and it seems like we did it yesterday -- About the airport TVs showing PARADOX video -- I'll give you more information as I get it -- alas, it's not like it's going to be showing every hour at every airport at every airline in the country -- will let you know when I get it all nailed down.
Today I've got to make a decision about whether or not to kill someone -- yes, yes, it's in LABYRINTH -- It's tough, but I need to amp up the tension/action/scariness --
All you guys, if you didn't walk your mile yesterday, DO IT TODAY. You must walk around every single day, that or climb on a bike or treadmill or do stairs 12 times a day -- you must move around and not just from the chair to the fridge -- no, concerted effort to give your bod what it needs and what it needs ALWAYS is movement and muscle activity. Think active and think shoulder blades back -- Go forth and may all things good happen to you today --

Tonight is the 3rd game between the Warriors and the Cavaliers, in Cleveland -- the series is 2-0. Crunch time, we'll see what happens --
Mid-week and all is positive and happy, particularly the cats, who are at present sleeping off their breakfast, a very important affair that lasts as long as I give them more kibble -- Have to be careful with Eli -- he gobbles down his food and then, maybe, he finds a nice white carpet and horks it all up -- so he gets only a little bit at a time -- good so far but he looks at me like I'm torturing him.
LABYRINTH is coming right along -- had a lovely unexpected epiphany while I was working yesterday -- it just might be the ticket -- complexifies the plot, makes it more mind-blowing, maybe even scarier, we'll see.

Came up with new plot ideas and the realization I have to scrap something today, doesn't make enough sense -- so as usual, rewriting before I begin to write for the day --
Okay, let me chew on you just a moment: before I press the magic publish button -- do not be a slacker -- make certain you do something physical today -- move, people, MOVE -- walk, climb stairs, roll those arms and stretch --

Thursday -- Tonight is the first game in the NBA finals between the Warriors and the Cavaliers -- Who knows what will happen? I want everyone to show up, everyone is shooting well and turnovers are limited. (Well, to be honest here, I'm only hoping all of the above for the Warriors) For you Cavs fans, I know you're wishing for the same things (for the Cavs, of course).
Continue with Arm Rolls -- front/back, SLOW -- 12X3 -- sore tired arms, that's what you want -- Now, every other day, cut back on the number of rolls -- to give your muscles a chance to get themselves back together, don't want to overdo.
The Eagle's Nest, home of the Bodines in Labyrinth -- Today S&S, Griffin and DeSilva meet some of the Bodines -- I have no clue what's going to happen -- we'll see. I'll tell you manana --
I read about two acts of kindness -- Give me more --

May 30, 2018

May's nearly fallen off the mountain, only one more day to enjoy this lovely month -- so think about it today, say a little good bye to May.
I hear triceps are coming along with many of you -- keep it up, make it a habit -- in front of your mirror. If that sounds too wussy for you guys, then do the arm exercises in the garage, okay?
The 23rd FBI: LABYRINTH: Do you know what? The Bodines (they're very BAD AND STRANGE people, live in Gaffer's Ridge, and Griffin Hammersmith, Savich and Sherlock and Dr. Carson DeSilva have to deal with them and survive. Anyway, the agents and DeSilva are off to the family manse on top of a small hill in the Appalachians to meet the rest of the Bodines -- and at the base of the mountain was a sign --- what came out of my fingers was The Eagle's Nest. I kid you not -- and they wonder why the Bodines would choose to name their home after one of the Nazi's social retreats in Bavaria -- And where did that come from, I hadn't been thinking about Hitler -- the brain is so very strange and wonderful, don't you think?
More triceps and biceps today, people, do them six days a week -- and yes, on the 7th day, rest those muscles -- but 6 days keep at it, takes maybe 3-4 minutes, and that's nothing at all. Cardio takes 30 minutes a day (rest on the 7th day) -- not much to ask at all.
So today is a "random act of Kindness" day -- tell me what you do --

Tuesday: The Warriors are going to play the Cavaliers in the finals for the 4th year in a row. What will happen? I ain't got no fricking clue. So many of the games depend on who's injured, who's "off" and who's "on", who's "hyped" and who's not. We'll see, but no matter, there are great teams out there. I
Today is one of those stuff days after work -- so not much to tell you except it's a fine day to celebrate. Why? Goodness, people, it's free tacos at a local cantina because the Warriors won -- well, you buy one, you get one free. Who can beat that? Plus free chips and salsa -- be still my heart (and thighs) It'll be a madhouse, everyone celebrating and hootin' and hollerin'.
How are triceps out there? Nice and firm? If not, you know what you have to do -- and be vigilant, summer and swim suits and sleeveless shirts are right around the corner, maybe even here tomorrow. Roll those arms back 12 times, then forward 12 times, SLOWLY -- and be sure to keep shoulder blades together -- always. Plus, wherever you are, doesn't matter, do arm isometrics. Arms straight, push back, feel the triceps -- Okay? If you don't cardio, no free tacos for you.

May is starting its roll downhill so be sure to enjoy the last few days of this gorgeous month. And speaking of gorgeous, well, not exactly gorgeous, how about awesome, scary, oh goodness me, I want some of that -- Did everyone enjoy the VIDEO FOR PARADOX? don't forget to show it to all your friends, lovers, pets, neighbors, enemies -- maybe advertise wearing a sandwich board -- No? Well, okay, I guess that's asking a wee bit too much. You can watch it on my Facebook page: www.facebook.com/catherinecoulterbooks
Today is Friday, yes, Friday again and you're not going to think about the weekend just yet. Nope, you want to enjoy Friday, wallow in it, because when it's gone, it becomes part of the past. So, celebrate it by doing what? Well, Mexican's always a can't miss choice, and of course you work up your appetite with lots of cardio and stretching and bis and tris with a stretchy band, or rolling (in front of a mirror). But the main thing today? Focus on accomplishing your top three Friday tasks, and accomplishing them very well indeed.

Hair on Fire! Isn't that video teaser for PARADOX amazing? (Go to my Facebook page to see it -- www.facebook.com/catherinecoulterbooks)
I bet I've watched it a dozen times, never fails to amp up the adrenaline and the energy and the oh my goodness WHAT IS GOING ON factor. So let me know what you think. And the cover? Isn't it amazing? All right, all right, I'll shut up. Pardon, but it's just that I've never before seen such a unique, unusual and altogether shiver me timbers cover before --
Hair on fire for me today and I'm not talking about Paradox -- lots and lots -- going, going, going, and, of course WRITE. So are you the same? Fired up hair? Go here, go there, do this, do that?
Okay, no harangues today, well, not much, but listen -- do your cardio -- walking, tread mill, bike, more walking, up and down stairs, I'm very serious here -- You must move your muscles, stretch your back, your neck, your toes -- thirty minutes, that's all you need. So little out of 24 hours --

Chilly today in Sausalito, high will be in low sixties -- perfect for me but I have found that others do not find it so -- So, if where you live is chilly today, know I'd LOVE it.
Work today, have to make more decisions and that's always hairy -- but that's what rewriting's for --so no problems.
Has everyone pre-ordered PARADOX? A signed copy? If not, get it done. Why? Because all pre-orders are dumped into the first week's sales and the most pre-orders you have the higher the book will be on the bestseller list -- Believe me, high up is where PARADOX needs to be -- All of you have read the excerpts and seen the video -- well, if you got the newsletter, that is -- I'll be putting them up here in a couple of days if you haven't indulged.
Today, you're going to get OUTSIDE again today and you're going to shop, buy groceries, walk to see friends, to a restaurant -- no matter what you plan to do -- WALK, move -- that was from a bulletin to me from the exercise minions -

What a glorious day here in Sausalito. Going out later (hopefully) to walk through the town, see all the tourists -- everyone's smiling and laughing and talking and eating Lappert's ice cream and marveling at the view -- remember Sausaulito is right on the Bay so you can stand there and look back at San Francisco, at all the boats, sail boats mainly, the ferries, the HUGE cargo ships coming in and out and, ah, the ice cream. Lots of souvenir shops with cute and not so cute stuff -- All right, I'll shut up. But, if you haven't ever visited, come to San Francisco, go all around, there's so much to see and do, and take the ferry to Sausalito and walk around laughing and smiling and talking and eating Lappert's ice cream.
Work today, and stuff, lots of stuff which requires me to drive Charlotte into San Francisco, her first venture into the BIG CITY, I'm hoping she doesn't panic, but hey, she was raised on the autobahn --
Everyone, again, from this day onward, you get outside and you walk and skip and trot and job and then stop to breathe in the early summer air and all the flowers and you might see some hummingbirds on a trek through the garden, say, or maybe a bear (or not) when you're in the woods. Have fun and be grateful you're here.
