Kelley Armstrong has been telling stories since before she could write. Her earliest written efforts were disastrous. If asked for a story about girls and dolls, hers would invariably feature undead girls and evil dolls, much to her teachers' dismay. All efforts to make her produce "normal" stories failed.

Today, she continues to spin tales of ghosts and demons and werewolves, while safely locked away in her basement writing dungeon. She's the author of the NYT-bestselling "Women of the Otherworld" paranormal suspense series and "Darkest Powers" young adult urban fantasy trilogy, as well as the Nadia Stafford crime series. Armstrong lives in southwestern Ontario with her husband, kids and far too many pets.

Hi Kelley,

I only wanted to let you know that I appreciate your work and that you are in fact, one of my favourite authors. As an adult, I particularly enjoyed the series in Cainsville, and I'm looking forward to the next book.
Having read a lot of in fantastic literature, I can honestly tell you that you have a great writing style and a very flourishing imagination. Also, the fact that you introduce the heroes universe very smoothly doesn't make the reader feel like he's "simple" and this is something that I can't say about many of your fellow writers.

It's also great to be able to read a book where the action is taking place (sometimes) in Canada. I've been living in Scotland for two years now and reading the "Gathering" made me miss the generous nature we have in Canada. So, thank you for making my life more enjoyable, one book at the time.

Hi Kelley, I literally just finished Thirteen and wanted to say thank you for a wonderful end to one of my all-time favorite series! I'm glad there are still short pieces you plan on releasing that fit into the Otherworld, but I'm also excited to fall in love with your new projects. Elena and Clay are my two favorite characters - I could read about them all day!! Please don't stop writing about the weres! We need a book for when the twins grow up and find mates!
