I'm obsessed with the book. I keep sneaking a peek at the next page. I never thought I'd get into any fantasy books let alone love them!

I keep comparing this book in my head to Game of Thrones and truthfully, I like this one better. I already ordered book 2 and 3!

The writing in this book is really good. I love the big cast of characters.

So Jamie wakes up all hot & horny (typical male) and Claire, wanting to please her hubby & knowning she'll get pleasure as well, reaches for the almond cream!!!! I couldn't believe it! Kudos to Gabaldon for recognizing that as Claire gets older, some parts begin to dry up!

I loved L.J. McDonald's story. It was the only one I read and the only one I was interested in reading. It just makes me crave her next book!

God I am a lazy ass reader! I don't want to put any effort into learning a new world. I ALMOST put this book down after 10 pages. Why? Because I was having difficulty remembering who's who. Thankfully, I didn't. It is a great book. I'm very happy I decided to put some mental effort into figuring out the characters, it was so worth it!

Can't wait to start this one!

5% for Mace's story only. This story would be so confusing if you haven't read any of the other Sylph stories (which I have). I'm loving it. A bit weird ... the dog ear licking. LOL

hmmm.. so this is a beautiful book but I'm not feeling it right now. Going back on my TBR shelf.

I think my heart is just breaking off in little pieces while I read this. Everything about Ryan is wonderful, the way he carries Macy up the stairs, how he tries to help Adam, how he even keeps his psycho bird! LOL... I got it bad for Ryan!

What a beautiful story. I'm usually not a fan of contemporary romance books but this one has my heart. It is not a typical romance, Ryan's past/his work is so sad. Sara is a wonderful lead female character.

I was listening to the audiobook on my way to work with tears going down my face. I came to work w/ my mascara all over. There was such a sad scene in the book & it was really rather touching. Even if you aren't a crybaby like me, you'd tear up!

This is another book where I've stopped and started twice before. I WILL finish this one!!

Wow. WHAT A ENDING!

I can only read this book a few pages at a time. It is so harsh, so sad, but the story keeps me glued. Cass pisses me off so much, so often, but than I see her do something that melts my heart!

Big positives for this book- lots of Jamie & Claire. I missed them being in alot of scenes together in the last couple of books. They are definitely together alot in the 1st part of this book. Hope it lasts.

This is a hard book to read when it is so dark, and rainy outside. It's kinda depressing. :(

I love the fact that Jamie & Claire still love each other more than life itself. Even after all the years together, they cannot stand being away from each other.
