I love Lord John. I so want him to get together with Jamie but it is never going to happen except in my dreams!

Ok, I'm such a Jamie addict. Seriously. I just downloaded the next book. I can't stop. I realized I was getting close to the end and I wanted more.

As claire would say "Jesus H Roosevelt Christ" not again. Just when Brianna receives good news, it happens again! grrr!

This is by far the best book in the series since Voyager.

Poor Claire, she's really been put through alot in this book. She needs a day at the spa. hehe

Poor Roger, he just wants to do right. So little miss innnocent (Malva Christie) is not so innocent! LOL

So Jamie wakes up all hot & horny (typical male) and Claire, wanting to please her hubby & knowning she'll get pleasure as well, reaches for the almond cream!!!! I couldn't believe it! Kudos to Gabaldon for recognizing that as Claire gets older, some parts begin to dry up!

I was listening to the audiobook on my way to work with tears going down my face. I came to work w/ my mascara all over. There was such a sad scene in the book & it was really rather touching. Even if you aren't a crybaby like me, you'd tear up!

Big positives for this book- lots of Jamie & Claire. I missed them being in alot of scenes together in the last couple of books. They are definitely together alot in the 1st part of this book. Hope it lasts.

I love the fact that Jamie & Claire still love each other more than life itself. Even after all the years together, they cannot stand being away from each other.
